Durable rucksack lasts less than three months

I got the rolltop rucksack as a birthday present just before Christmas, but my Birthday is in November and the bag was ordered two weeks before.
I used it every day as a laptop bag for work but at the end of February the top seam by the straps opened up and the bag as unusable.
I complained to customer service and was told that "it is outside of our return window". I did get offered a 10% discount on a new bag, but I don't trust the quality of the products.

Zero stars really

Zero stars really. I bought a rolltop backpack from Sherpa on the 12th March it arrived about 2 weeks later, slow delivery but otherwise fine.
By the 20th April the right strap and the top handle had broken (the seem at the top of the bag had come undone).
I had only been using the bag for my commute into London twice a week and had a laptop and a jumper in the bag, so not overloaded it in anyway.
I was annoyed as the reviews I had read showed good feedback for the brand. So thought this must be a one off.
Email Sherpa, explaining what had happened and shared pictures. Zero response.
We are now the 13th May and 4 emails and two online form submission on their website and I still have not had any response from the them.

Terrible customer service, terrible quality of their product. Do not buy!!!!

This company is a dropshipper

This company is a dropshipper. This is not mentioned on their website. The order was fulfilled by AliExpress and the bag ordered was not the same as the one delivered.
Was told they would give a refund if the item was returned but they have not replied since and no refund has been given. Avoid.
