They then tell you theres no actual cash buyers, we all do the same, we just market it for a profit and we have stamp duty to pay for, so thats why we offer less…. All the same, no cash to buy just want to advertise it claiming they can sell to ‘investors on their investor portfolio…. Or as they say, zoopla and rightmove 🤣
