Also I was silly to choose to go with them for the website creation,
Did this through Web academy, so really do not recommend it for Artist, or people who are not all the time on their website
Terrible company and even worse support.
I would give zero stars, but that's not possible.
I spend months trying to connect my domain to Shopify and to get my emails working with them. The support is terrible. They speak poor english and it's very difficult to communicate with them.
They don't address your concerns and don't even bother to answer to your questions or doubts. After transferring everything to Godaddy, I got everything up and running in 1 day!!! 1 day!!! After spending months trying to do the same with Getspace.
On top of that, they weren't nice and even tried to blame everything on me. Be careful with them.
On the support I was talking to Amirali Kavianpour who was not helpful at all and did absolutely nothing I asked for.
Just stay away !
I was not gonna write anything and let this go but I decided to share my experience today in case someone checks Trustpilot before having a deal with this company. I wish I also did check here before I started working with them.
I believe it is all about PM(project manager) but I also believe that he cannot do anything by himself so it is totally about the company. Mr, Project manager didn`t read my comments on the official form and even after that he asked me what the problem was. I kept telling him just to read the form and I even created four (yes, 4 different forms !) new forms explaining all the details by adding screenshots.
He ( and the designer) corrected one mistake that they made and made a new mess with the other parts and he asked for extra fee to correct the other mistakes ! ( I am not kidding! )
After multiple back and forths, I told them to deliver the website to me so that I`d hire someone to fix all the mess that they did just because they DID NOT READ the forms. I am not even talking how much time I wasted...Today when I asked them to put a password to the website as it is not ready to publish , PM asked for 100 euros. You know what I did?
I asked it to ChatGPT and set a password in less than 2 minutes :))
Well, the experience itself might not be good with this company but at least I learned how to fix things on my own.
We can do anything &everything that we want to do! but meanwhile please stay away from this company

Avoid at all costs! They said I would get a 'free website' in an ad with WAcademy, and then I was forced to pay a substantial amount for a 2 year ecommerce overpriced hosting instead. Website is still not ready more than 1 year later, they delivered an incomplete website- which I wasn’t able to use. They have failed to deliver an even basic site. They instead keep insisting that delivering the agreed site is "a new round of fixes and demand new add ons" and they requested more money, holding it hostage. So the brief was not followed, the project manager disappeared, sometimes they said he was sick, sometimes they said he left the company, sometimes he was on paternity leave. 1 year loosing my time and money. Eventually I had to find a new web developer and invest additional money to fix the website and their errors.
Now I still have an active paid Eshop hosting subscription / Plan Space - 24 months (active until 2025/02/24), including Elementor PRO license. Now I see that Elementor Pro is no longer active on my website. Previously Elementor Pro was active, features were available and used to build my website that were only available in Pro versions. Now I am getting an error message when I try to edit with elementor because they removed the licence associated with my website. The site was built with elementor pro, and now that the license has been removed, the website is breaking down. The new developer told me that I need to buy a new Elementor Pro licence. The stress has been making me ill and I'm out of pocket. I asked several time for a refund or to restore the Elementor licence and they are ignoring all my messages. None of the numbers seem to work and no one is replying to my emails. I am concerned because they still hold my website and my bank account details.
GetSpace EU and UK along with WAcademy and Starflix are scam companies. I’ve already reported them to Action Freud and suggest everyone to do the same.

Disgusting experience. They have not delivered on their promise with WAcademy, my website is unusable and they are not even giving me access to the piece of crap they made. This is all a scam. AVOID at all cost

I recently had an unfortunate experience with GetSpace, and I feel it's important to share my perspective. I signed up for their hosting service with high expectations, but unfortunately, the reality fell short.
The main issues revolved around prolonged response times and challenges in obtaining timely support. Despite my attempts to seek assistance during crucial phases, the level of professionalism I expected was not met, not even close. For example, there was a 13-day delay in forwarding an email, and my specific request for a simple forward was not fulfilled, and this is just one example.
Moreover, understanding the project's limitations became a significant hurdle, and the lack of support during these critical phases was disappointing. While the service has been active for several months, I found it difficult to justify the costs given these ongoing challenges. I requested a full refund, but they’re holding onto the terms and conditions I “accepted” before committing to this unfortunate adventure. At the same time, the terms and conditions state that GetSpace will hold onto the commitment to professionalism and client orientation.
I appreciate GetSpace's “willingness” to offer the best services, but my experience suggests a misalignment between “commitment” and delivery. I'm now in the process of seeking a resolution that better suits my preferences and circumstances.
In conclusion, my experience with GetSpace has been unsatisfactory at the maximum, and I hope this feedback encourages the company to address the issues faced by its clients. Avoid them to say the least, don't commit financially to this "project" they give you for free, you'll probably have to say goodbye to your money, so far, I've lost 300 EURO.

Awful service. No refund after two month since cancellation
I opted in for wordpress hosting package with free website.
After two weeks since sending the brief there was no sign of someone actually processing my website request. So I used an alternative builder with a built in hosting and sent a cancellation request to the vendor. Never heard from them ever since despite sending follow up emails every two weeks. Definitely not recommended.
They will try to trick you to pay more than you should
Avoid at all costs! The hosting is overpriced compared to other companies with better service and faster servers.
When I wanted to switch to another hosting company (after the binding period), they tried to get a lot of money from me by blackmailing ('You'll lose your data if you don't pay us more for this, that' etc.). It was a very long and problematic process as they were making it difficult on purpose, beating around the bush, misinforming, and didn't cooperate.
After 1 year after resigning they're still sending me proforma invoices.
GetSpace, WAcademy and Starflix are an online scam
GetSpace EU and UK along with WAcademy and Starflix are scam companies. They offer websites which are never done, they charge fraudulent credit card payments and they never refund your money even if you are within the dates explained on their terms and conditions.
I already reported this to the spanish Police and Consumer Rights authorities but I guess is no use because of their Ireland/UK basing and online scam hard to track.
I'd give 0 but 1 star was the required minimum
Despite having proof of payment, Getspace kept sending an invoice for the service, and kept saying I was unable to proceed with the service until the amount was paid. I wrote several emails to say it was paid, but they never corrected the issue. Two and a half months later, they had the audacity to ask "Or did you never pay?"
I've since found that others have made the same complaint!
I strongly advise you seek service elsewhere.
