2 weeks before the game, tickets cancelled with no notification!

I bought 2 category A rugby tickets for the England v Wales game on 26/9/15. I bought them early in order to secure the best tickets and paid £950 for them. I emailed GetMeIn today to chase the tickets as the game Is only 2 weeks away and was shocked to get an automated reply saying.
Dear Customer
Sorry about the delay in getting back to you.
All customers that have booked for Rugby World Cup games in September are in the process of being refunded and will show on your account within the next 14 days.
Customers that have booked for games in October will be contacted within the next 10 days.

We're now trying to source other tickets as we've booked time off work, arranged transport and accomodation and the tickets were bought as a gift!

Not at all professional, makes me wonder if I would have been notified at all if I hadn't emailed!
