Was looking at buying one but all reports say they do not work. Its a shame, seems to be yet another Chinese scam. You can get your car re coded to improve MPG, or performance think that's a better route to take

I was happy to just have the first…

I was happy to just have the first product and be done. But, then i was bombarded with several other products that were irrelevent to me and accidently clicked on a product that i didnt need. So i'm a little angry about spending more than is necessary.

Next steps after bank fraud alert to SECURE SPECIAL OFFER AFTER

Thank you for asking-when responding to purchase the second offer-an alert populated confirming financial institution blocked transaction suspicious of fraud. After confirming that the transaction was valid removing the block there wasn’t a way to return to secure the offer. Perhaps provide a phone number or email to reboot the offer to support full transparency of offering. In advance, I appreciate learning if the special offer can be emailed or respond via text. Do not spend money on SynGas!

If there was an option for zero stars, I would take that! This is absolute rubbish. I bought 4 (yes, I was upsold from 1 and stupid enough to fall for it!) plugged them into my 2x 2004 diesel td5 Landrovers, one in my wife's 2007 Subaru Forester 2.0 lt petrol and 1 in my nephew's 2.5 Nissan X-trail petrol, auto. We all drove long distances and short distances for over a year. It did zero, not a little bit, zero on all 4 vehicles with 4 different drivers. My son and I sometimes swapped the Landrovers. I haven't tried to get a refund, I just pulled them out and chucked it all in the BIN! That's where they belong, not in your car! Please do not be as stupid as I was to believe any of it! My mechanics (3 who don't know each other) all laughed about it too!

Partial order refund

I contacted customer service to remove the radar detector and tire pump from my order. I spoke to 2 different people who said that it would be taken care of. I got 1 email saying it can't be changed. So I sent an email and I waiting to hear back from it. All I wanted to buy were the gas modules.
