Faulty test kit no user fault
Purchased (not cheap) received, followed instructions scrupulously with no result test.There suggestion is to buy another one at 30.00£ to retest.
I would suggest avoid “get tested” at home and ask your GP to do a simple ACR urine analysis

We would like to clarify that if you're referring to one of our laboratory tests and the sample is declined by the laboratory, we typically offer a new sampling kit at a reduced cost of £10 (depending on the reason) so that the test can be repeated. If it's something you cannot control, we will send it free of charge. That's why it's best to discuss this with the support team and come up with a solution together. 🙂
We would never charge £30 for a replacement kit, so there may have been some misunderstanding regarding the information provided.

Have sent the wrong kit twice
Have sent the wrong kit twice. I am now 4 weeks into a back and forth with “customer service” and have the inconvenience of having to go to the post office to return their mistaken items. They don’t actually have the item I ordered and should remove it from their website -of course they won’t as they are still getting paid for it!

Customer service was good
Customer service was good, first with AI and then with Sammy. Heavy metals test came back first. There was a slight problem with one of the tests for hair minerals but it was resolved. :) happy chappy.

Hemant dealt with my queries with speed and satisfactory resolution. Just to also add I have now bought several tests, all of which have given great insight into various family members health and armed us with the information we required to optimise their baseline where mainstream diagnostics tests failed. Specifically when it came to gut health markers which were leading to IBS symtoms and autoimmune responses. Cannot rate the XL test enough, especially as it includes Zonulin which is a direct marker to confirm leaky gut.

Dishonest Business Practices
I ordered an IgE Allergy Test Medium in February. On 11th March 2026 I was advised that "The laboratory that analyzes this test is temporarily unable to process samples because they are missing essential materials required for the analysis."
Having heard nothing I chased this up yesterday and was told all tests had been cancelled and if I wanted a refund I needed to supply them with my order number.
WHY? Why have I had to chase this? Why aren't they issuing me a refund without me having to ask? Why aren't they keeping me updated?
If you ask me they hoped I'd forgotten and didn't intend to issue a refund unless pressed. And even now they want my order number before issuing a refund yet they know my test was cancelled?
All dishonest business practices imo.

Highly satisfied
I waited for the results for 3 weeks (exactly as promised, no delays). I like the way the results are presented (colorful scale). I like that I can download PDF and share my results with my specialists. I like that for almost each test there is a median figure of other patients.

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service, great communication, Klara in particular made sure to follow up in line with expectations set, and was extremely friendly and jovial which made it the whole experience anything but stressful.

Excellent customer service
I have been ordering various tests from GetTested for 2 years and would recommend this company to others. My results are graphed and easy to read which I can download. You do have to wait for results and patience isnt one of my virtues but the wait is worth it. The customer service is excellent, with a special mention to Klara. Tarmkollen mega has been very useful
It has been very useful the PCR in Tarmkollen mega to find out which infection my 10 year old soon had that they didn't find in the hospital. He has intermitent diarrea since summer 2024. They did just check in the hospital with microscope a few different pathogens. Now we know that he has high calprotectin, high IgA and Alfa-1 antitrypsin.

Got the 8-1 std test kit
Got the 8-1 std test kit. on this kit it shows 4 stds per side of the test strip. 4 of them came up as positive leading me to go and get two lab tests at two different companies. Both came back negative for all std’s this home kit costs £80 and doesn’t give accurate results. Do not waste your money go direct to a lab test. I also wasn’t given the option to review the product on the get tested site. On the Amazon reviews for this product all reviews are done by people who were sent the product for free.

If you received a positive result for 4 tests, it sounds like you might have seen a borderline reading, which would require retesting to confirm.
