I hired Samuel Harrison of…

I hired Samuel Harrison of Getintoinbox.com at the recommendation of Sendmarc. I’d hired Sendmarc to aid me in email deliverability issues I was having when I hosted my website on Blue Host. Sendmarc was most helpful and I think their efforts did result in my emails having higher deliverability.

However, Samuel recommended that I switch to google workspace and that he manage that transition. It was during that transition that I realized he had no idea what he was doing. He got gmail webmail to work but couldn’t get gmail to function with Outlook. Then he left town and left me hanging in limbo. I had made it very clear to him that I intended to continue to use Outlook.

Meanwhile he made himself super user of my google admin panel and changed my password, thus locking me out of my own property. I gave him two days to rectify the situation and when he did not, I had to fire him. I then turned to my webmaster in India who was able to sort the whole thing out and get things working, although we had to go to Google Support to regain control of my email from Samuel.

He sent me a bill, saying it was due overdue, requesting payment for incomplete work, and threatening escalation by sending the bill to a collection agency in violation of federal law. I paid him what I owed for the work he had completed. But to this day he retains super user control of my admin panel and is holding my You Tube videos and Google Maps apps hostage, whether inadvertently or knowingly I cannot say.

Samuel is difficult to deal with. His partner in Spain, Thomas, seems more knowledgeable. I would encourage you to resolve your issues elsewhere as his actions lack integrity and he is eager to litigate.
