Ich habe ein Taxi von dieser Firma…

Ich habe ein Taxi von dieser Firma bestellt aber leider kam der Fahrer nicht. Ich hatte das Reklamationsfomular ausgefüllt aber nach ein paar Wochen mein Geld leider nicht erhalten. Ich musste persönlich mich an meiner Bank wenden um die Rückerstattung zu bekommen. Außerdem wenn ein Fahrer nicht kommt und du selber in die App die Trip stornierst kriegst du kein Geld zurück und somit musst du sowieso nach einem anderen Fahrer , der die Trip ersetzen warten . Und wenn keiner kommt , musst du dich selber ein Taxi in der Nähe aussuchen.

Betrüger

Betrüger. Letzte Minute Fahrt abgesagt. Sollten Aufpreis noch von fast 200.- nachzahlen für neuen Fahrer!
