I made a purchase for a 6 month supply first and did the subscription. The next month I got another shipment and charge for 6 more months. I tried to cancel online and was not able to so I contacted the support email. I was responded to by Christine Murray (if that is the real name) who tried so hard for me not to cancel but then assured me it was cancelled. I also asked about a refund based on their refund policy on the day I started my subscription and on the day I cancelled which was a 90 return and refund. I asked for the address to make the return and was given an address in China which I went directly to the post office and shipped it back there ($70.00 later). Then a week later i got an email saying another shipment was on its way and I was charged again even though it had been cancelled. I reached back out to Christine at customer support and she apologized and ordered a refund. After several weeks and threats of taking further action I got my refund for the last shipment and told to keep the product. I still have not received my refund and the company went and changed their return and refund policy to now only 30 days. BTW I did do screen shots of all of them and have all the emails. Now I am getting hello emails from "Kenny" asking me to come back to them and now customer support will not respond back to me.
Update since getuvora responded to my review as of today 07May2026 they have not resolved my issues despite they saying they did. In fact this is the only response from them I have had in over a month. Again they are full of lies and feel they can treat people however they want with false advertising and deception.

Their marketing is pretty close to a scam! They sell you multiple bottles for a better price but if you don't read the very fine print, you are subscribing to a monthly shipment! Now, why would I need 4 months supply every month? The 1st auto ship came and that's when I realized what was going on. After several emails to customer service, I was told by Morgan that I had this resolved. Took 2 more months w/shipments to resolve. Never did I get the promised refunds etc. but since I got the product, I'm ok cause I like the product, just not the marketing. Morgan did finally get me removed, so far, from the auto ship list. Thanks Morgan!

This company is a farce. Absolutely useless. They messed up from the word Go! They are only interested in doing you over! They didn't even deliver my original order! Evri,(They're as bad) said that my order was returned to sender. It was downhill all the way after that. One month after the original cockup they sent me another batch of their wonderful product and immediately charged me for it! Long story short, I finally got my original payment back ,after numerous emails and complaints. I told UVORA that I didn't want anything more to do with them and that i wanted a full refund. I ended up taking a 15% refund and that took forever to come through, just to get rid of them. They are Robbers, Scammers and completely useless. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Although I did not have a problem with the product, I did not sign up for the subscription. I ordered a 3 month supply to try it and they have sent me 3 bottles every 3 weeks! I emailed them to stop. I said I want to cancel. They responded thank you and we have resolved your problem but keep sending new orders with 3 new bottles. I asked how to return it and no one answers.
Stay far away from this company!

Like many others I didn't know I had subscribed. When I cancelled they got back to me immediately and made an offer of money off which I accepted. I have been told by my Dr and Consultant that as I've got a genetic liver condition that I am not to take anything. I was offered 50% off and keep the product, which I accepted. I'm not sure how long it will take to get the money back in my account.

I ordered the product, but it was delivered after I left for a long overseas work trip. When I arrived home, I started taking the supplement. I like the product very much so far. However, before I had taken it for only a few days, I received notice that another order was on the way. I emailed the company, and they gave me several options for resolving this. They had excellent customer service and were more than fair. Besides liking the product, I now trust the company since they worked to find a solution to my concern.

I have not seen a marked improvement but only have been on a short while My main concern was I didnt pay attention and wound up on a subscription
Uvora was very helpful and did take me off the subscription with no problems which I am very grateful for

Set up a subscription unknowingly without consent. I have been charged for the goods that I don't want. I've been trying to unsubscribe but they make it very difficult to do so. They make it very difficult to contact them. Would not recommend this company. Update::::: so if it was that easy why is there many others saying the same thing???? My first order of UVORA arrived OK. However, soon after a second and third orders appeared, even though I had informed UVORA I didn't wish repeat orders (they had confirmed this by email). I have now called my Credit Card people to block future UVORA withdrawals!

I made a one-time purchase, after which I was put on a monthly subscription for a HIGHER monetary amount, with no method of cancellation other than to email and hope for a reply!!!
The "cancellation" info on the website says you can cancel via your account settings, but there's NO WAY to access those, which is unacceptable and in fact misleading.
To your reply: NO I did NOT select that. I firmly believe your website applies that selection retrospectively without the customer's authorisation. And my other point hasn't been satisfied either: there is no way to amend ir cancel the involuntary "subscription" via account settings, because (contrary to what your website says) it simply isn't accessible. So its a false statement, & contavenes fair trading legislation on numerous counts.

Wrongly subscribed to automatic refills. Pleasant emailing with a customer care specialist. Successfully canceled any future auto refill in a quick and pleasant conversations. Not tried a product yet.

This company preys on customers by defaulting to subscription instead of a one time payment. This clearly is by malicious intent as this fact is well hidden when you buy form them. There is no user profile or login, you just unwittingly place an order, give your card info to them, and they start their monthly scheme of bleeding you dry. It becomes even more apparent when you consider their ads are organized ins such a way, that you are buying 1-2-3 monthly supplies of their products, and if you were unaware of their fraud, buy a 6 monthly supply they default you to buy the entire package again next month. I'm not complaining about their products themselves, as we haven't yet used enough to show results, I'm complaining about their buying policy, which is clearly a ripoff. Avoid them at all const, buy their products elsewhere.

If you sign up for a single one off purchase, there is a hidden clause that signs you up for ongoing monthly orders. They just continue taking the money out of your account. I emailed asking them to cancel the subscription which they confirmed would happen. It didn't. they continued taking money out of my account monthly.
Nightmare to get sotrted.
