Part of me was a bit skeptical buying a brand new product during the early launch phase, especially considering it was the company’s first attempt at a premium wood sauna. But after reading all of the glowing reviews on here, and interacting with them on Instagram, I felt confident that Vital+ would be great to work with even if some issues came up. Well I was right. Some issues did come up. My order was a bit delayed, the shipping/tracking info wasn’t sent out initially, and then my unit arrived with a small amount of damage. But, exactly like I guessed and hoped, Vital+ provided phenomenal customer service the entire time. They were quick to answer all of my message or emails, and provided super detailed answers and offered a small refund for the slight inconvenience of having to fix the little bit of damage. The XEN sauna is absolutely incredible and feels and performs like a unit that should cost twice as much. But above all, Vital+ provides some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. They’ve earned a customer for life.

For the price this is a great product, I love my Sauna Pod. Is exactly as in description and on the videos , very accurate and honest so I'm very pleased I made the right choice. It helps with my aches & pains and tense muscles and fits perfectly in the corner of the bedroom. Heats up super fast, can as hot as a traditional sauna like the ones at the gym etc, light & temp controls works well. If you love saunas or have aches/pains etc that respnd to heat therapy I would not hesitate in recommending this to anyone to try it out.

I purchased the Pro + Ultra X2 in November last year as a birthday gift to myself. I live with chronic wrist pain and generalised anxiety, and after years of physical therapy, rehabilitation, and medication without success, this product felt like a last resort. It was recommended to me by a friend who spoke very highly of your company, and initially, my experience lived up to that reputation. Within weeks, it became one of the most beneficial purchases I’ve ever made.
Unfortunately, that positive experience has been completely undermined by your customer service.
Two weeks ago, I discovered that the tub had significantly deflated overnight. I attempted to reinflate it and inspect for leaks but was unable to identify any obvious issue, and within about 8 hours, the tub would deflate again. The chiller itself ‘appeared’ to be functioning correctly. The fault was clearly isolated to the tub.
At the same time, I am currently dealing with an extremely difficult and distressing situation at home involving domestic violence and the eviction of a family member following prolonged substance abuse. This has had a severe impact on my mental health, and my chronic pain has also flared up significantly. The cold plunge was one of the few tools I relied on to manage both my physical and mental wellbeing during times like this.
I contacted your support team, explained my circumstances, and respectfully asked whether an exception could be made to replace the faulty tub under warranty without requiring me to go through the lengthy leak-detection process. I explained that I just did not have the mental capacity to be able to do this, and I made it clear that I was not seeking anything beyond what I am entitled to, but simply asking for some flexibility and understanding given the situation.
Instead, I received what appeared to be a generic, scripted response insisting that I provide video documentation of the issue before any assistance could be considered. While there was what seemed like a meaningful acknowledgment of my circumstances, no alternative support was offered. The total lack of empathy and flexibility was extremely disheartening.
Since then, I have reviewed other customer experiences and noticed a consistent pattern - while the product itself is generally well regarded, many customers report significant difficulty when attempting to contact your support team to engage the warranty process. I have also seen instances where exceptions have been made for others, which makes the refusal in my case even more frustrating.
Additionally, one review mentioned his chiller had started rusting after only a few months. I had no reason to take a look inside my chiller, but after reading this, and upon further inspection, I have now identified early signs of rust. This raises further concerns about the overall quality and durability of the product.
Given that the unit is only a few months old, has already developed faults, and is now showing signs of internal deterioration, I believe this falls well short of acceptable quality under Australian Consumer Law. At this stage, I no longer have confidence in the product and believe I am entitled to a refund or replacement.
This situation could have been handled very differently. A small degree of understanding and flexibility would have gone a long way in building trust and long-term customer loyalty. Instead, I have been left feeling completely unsupported at a time when I am particularly vulnerable.
If there are any actual human beings there at Vital+, I urge you to reconsider how your team approaches customer service, particularly in situations where genuine hardship is involved, and to stand behind the quality of its products.

I love my new infrared sauna from Vital+. It brings me peace knowing that I'm taking care of myself. I also love the excellent customer service the company provides and the fact that they're based in the United States!

I bought the Vital+ Pro Ultra X2 & Chiller, have had it now for about 6 months, absolutely phenomenal. Was using this in Sydney have just moved to the Gold Coast (warmer climate) and it still performs amazingly.
Had an issue with the lid breaking, the customer service team resolved and sent me a new one within 2 days. Stellar service, stellar support.

Recently bought the sauna pod. Quick delivery, easy to assemble and so far so good when using it. Great product for the price.

My plan is to try it and see whether we get into a routine for using it before paying for a built-in/higher end version. Pleased with the product so far - used it 4x, since it arrived a week or so ago and it does everything as advertised. It's more sturdy than I had imagined it would be and the tent is well insulated. As soon as you type 'pop up Sauna' into Facebook, you get whacked with Ads but I chose this Sauna as it was Infra-red, low EMR, and heats quickly - the red light bars are a nice touch. I don't need it to get 'super-hot' - 140 is good for me - have not tried higher - and it's a gentler heat than steam, so I can stay in longer.

I've had nothing but a great experience with Vital+ so far. I've gotten a few things from them, and they've all been delivered in a timely manner. So far, no mechanical issues either. I'll update if anything changes.

I wish to add to my prior review to further explain why this company is a scam. i ordred the cold plunge to help with my pain- i ma disabled. it malfunctioned each time and the company agreed in writing to accept a return and refund after many hours of letter writing. i then sent the machine bcak to them at my expense- 300 . they now have the machine and refuse to honot their agreement to make arefund. this a a despicable company based only in Australia who are liars re theri basic business policies. please be aware of this before doing any business with them..

I looked at a few options to upgrade from a home set up I had made (former engineer) and so far I am super happy with my cold plunge and the quality of this product. The hoses are great and INSULATED so keeps energy costs down (saves $$$ for daily plungers) and fittings are great compared to ring clamps that I saw on others. The ozone is also surprisingly very good at keeping the water clean but always good to keep a replacement cycle going (easy tap for this on the bath to drain). Digital display is great to. Overall great value for money and the support team were helpful with extra advice on getting the lowest possible temps.

Quick summary: plastic tub still makes you smell like plastic after 12 months, and chiller broken after 6 months of use (13 months old). Would give 1 star but the 6 months were enjoyed and customer service was very polite. Details read on…
To clarify before I start. I’m reviewing the Ultra X1 (now they sell the X2). That said, read on as it will likely make no difference as it’s likely from the same factory using the same material specs.
I purchased the VITAL + PRO with the Vital X1 in December 2024. Installed as per instructions and worked great. Cant remember what they claim it can chill too but got to 6c when it was 25c outside… cold enough for me.
The tub really smells like plastic when you first use it. And it makes you STINK like plastic when you’ve bathed in it. Don’t know about you but I think most people who are doing ice baths are health conscious. I dismissed it and figured it would go away after using it a month or so (like new yoga mats etc). Not so… It certainly tamed over 12 months but the sink was very real even 12 months later. Has a pod style from a different company previously and it didn’t smell so might be worth looking into what materials don’t make you smell like a tyre.
Like I mentioned.. chiller was adequate for me in terms of performance. The quality of the chiller itself is POOR. It lasted just a month past the warranty date and that’s only because we ran it only for 6 of the 12 months. In winter we just shelve it and cold shower.
When the chiller broke I contacted the company. They were very good at responding and tried to troubleshoot but eventually it was declared that it was cactus and a new one is required. They offered a heavy discount on a new chiller but I declined as the price is still not worth the bad quality.
I live close to the beach and the chiller was loaded with rust. To put that in context, we also have 2 large standup freezers, extra fridge, and I have a glycol chiller for beer production and ice machine. All have been there for between 3-12 years… without failing. I had a glycol chiller have the same problem after 2 years and was full of rust.. again… its just made from cheap materials that are designed to last their 12 months and then.. well.. good luck.
Would I buy one again… not way. Being near the coast… defo no way… but even inland.. its a reflection of the quality your buying. The chiller is a budget Chineese mass produced product with a nice product brand stamped on the side.
Buy at your own risk.
ALSO: note you cant google review them.. as they don't have a map listing. I signed up to trust pilot to do the review to let people know.

I recently purchased the Ice Bath X2 Combo from VITAL, and it performed exceptionally well from the outset. Unfortunately, after some time, we encountered an issue where the unit produced a loud, unpleasant noise whenever the ozone filter activated.
I promptly contacted VITAL’s customer service team, and I am incredibly grateful that I chose to purchase from them. Their response was outstanding. They kindly requested that I return the unit for repair, initially estimating around 10 days for the process. Knowing how essential daily ice bath therapy is to my routine, I inquired whether a replacement unit could be provided in the interim.
To my pleasant surprise, Irene escalated the matter to management and arranged for a refurbished unit to be shipped the very next day.
Upon delivery of the replacement, they promptly provided a return address so I could send the faulty unit back at no additional cost to me. The entire experience highlighted VITAL’s exceptional customer service, responsive, empathetic, and genuinely committed to customer satisfaction. I am truly thankful to Irene and the entire VITAL team for going above and beyond.
For context, prior to purchasing from VITAL, I had bought a second ice bath unit from another supplier for my other residence. When that unit developed a leaking issue with the inflatable bath, I was instructed to return it at my own expense, with a turnaround time of approximately 21 days. Finding this unacceptable, I ultimately purchased a replacement through the Marketplace instead.
This contrast has reinforced my strong recommendation: when it comes to ice baths, buy from VITAL. Their product quality combined with truly world-class customer support makes them the clear choice.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Awful experience, bought an Ice bath pro last week from them. Arrived Thursday afternoon. Followed the instructions, i inflated it inside before taking it out. I had even bought a foam mat base for it to sit on to protect it. It started to leak immediately. I Stopped the water and checked the valves, all correct and tight. Still continued to leak. I could hear a hissing sound coming from the valves so air seemed to be escaping too like it wasn’t fully sealed. Sure enough it started to collapse quickly. I contacted the customer services email as there was no phone number - red flag!! I sent videos and photos of the issues. The following day I got an automated type response with instructions of how to patch up any issues with plumbing tape!!! I’d just spent £345 on this item and their initial response is to tape it up!!!! I replied saying I wasn’t happy with that as a solution and they replied again saying they had “noticed” I was using the incorrect valves. After a few emails (and days) back and forth of me explaining they were the only valves I had been sent to use they eventually admitted there had been an error and were going to send out the correct valves - “updated components”. This took another 3 days. When they arrived they were exactly the same as I already had - but with the addition of a washer added to each one!!! I reinflated the collapsed bath and used the “new” valves. The washers I noticed kept getting stuck in the port holes if I had to remove the valve they wouldn’t stay on! Once reapplied and everything in place I once again started to fill the bath up and straight away the two lower valve ports started to leak. Slightly slower than before but it still wasn’t sealed correctly. I turned off the water, took more photos and videos and sent back to them. I put the lid on and left it waiting for a response. Sure enough the bath started to deflate again and collapsed as before. This is clearly a faulty product and I want a refund. I have requested for one. I got an automated response stating that if the bath has had water in it it can’t be considered for a refund!!! I will not stop sharing my experience and posting the photos for all to see until this is resolved. How would I have known there was a fault until I had started to fill the bath up it makes no sense!!!! Please please do not spend your money and waste your time with this company. I will update each time I get a response until this is resolved.
*Current uodate - since leaving this review Vital+ eventually contacted me to offer a refund -
“While our return policy typically has certain conditions, our team has made an exception in your case, and we’re happy to proceed with your return and refund”.
The fact that I had to argue and post reviews for them to make an exception is crazy and again just goes to show the type of company they are.
They asked me to provide a date and time for collection. I did that and then no one responded. I had to chase it up the day before the date I gave and someone responded to say as it hadn’t been actioned last week they have missed the cut off for that date. I now have to arrange another day where someone has to be in all day to wait for the pick up. This date has still has not been confirmed by them. So although they state in their response below that they have issued a full refund until this is all sorted that is not the case. I was also asked if I’d consider to remove this Trust pilot review! I will not.

Update review. I did receive a phone call and email regarding my question. Still waiting for my unit to ship. They say it shipped out but the shop app states no activity. I am in hopes the unit comes in and I can leave a 5 star review. Just find it odd that a business has to be reactive and not proactive.

Delighted with the product and the speed at which customer support helped solve a simple issue. I would recommend
