Obvious scam

Obvious scam. First clue (ignoring technobabble) is no PayPal. You'd get a refund as soon as you complain, not good for business ...
Ps. If you buy the kit worth more than £100 you may get refund from credit card.

They're after you!

Never bought any of these, and from reading the trustpilot reviews I know why I didn't. I am so happy with knowing these guys are scammers of the highest quality. Five stars getvoltex. Like the gold ones that flash up on the San Andreas game when the whole LAPD and the SWAT are on your tail for being so baaaad!

Deflective item sent/worst customer service/Cheated

At first when I saw this device online I got excited. I bought 2 devices immediately. They delivered the items on time but both devices were defective as they were not turning on. I informed to their customer service and they advice to plug in couple of hours but they never turned on. I informed them about they were not working and also email picture and video as per their request that showed connecting with power and no light turn on. I ask for money back but they informed me to pay shipping cost. I denied to pay the shipping cost as that was not my fault but they send me the defective devices as the there were no any sign of physical damage and I had received them in good packaging. I asked them to send me return slip but they denied. When they told me to pay the shipping back fee and I still needed the device, I ask them to send me the working device. They agreed on this and sent me 2 new devices but this time too, they sent me defective devices. Before sending the devices in second time, I had advise them to double check the device to ensure if they were working. But I got all 4 devices faulty. There was no any sign of tear or broken, and these were laminated with plastic that I had opened carefully and was connected to the power. However they didn't work. Then after, I requested them to send return slip to send the item back and get refund and they denied to send the return slip. I sent several emails them and waited many days in follow up but they told they won't send the return slip. I paid about 30 CAD to return this item as they didn't refund me until they get devices. That time I felt I was cheated. Both of the time they sent deflective devices, 4 of them non of the device was working. It showed they are selling the defective intentionally otherwise at least one device should be worked. Receiving defective device was not my fault but I got a victim to pay shipping back cost. Their emails were like copy and past of the previous emails and it wouldn't be addressed any concrete answer of my question. This is worst customer service I ever experienced. I rate it negative. I advise customers aware to purchase with this company. Please DO NOT PURCHASE WITH THIS COMPANY. DO NOT BE ANOTHER VICTIM. Later I got that the price was also many times higher than the other company provide.

I don't need to buy a Voltex device

I don't need to buy a Voltex device. Any Electrical Engineer or Electrician will tell you it is scientifically impossible. In fact, anyone who paid attention in Physics classes at school will tell you the same. It is a total scam aimed at gullible people.
IT DOES NOT WORK!

Took my money without even delivering

They took my money and did not even deliver. Kept on mailing me and that was it. So that makes them just plain old thieves ! How the hell is this allowed ? Guess my fairy godmother kept my house from burning down.

Buyer Beware!!

Well all you smart alecs that say how silly it is to invest in such devices, True! I know better but didn't do better! I thought I was pretty savvy however I was in a mad rush saw the ad for the 100th time and decided I could afford to risk it being a scam! (not thinking straight!) Well lesson learned, be vigilant not in a hurry! if its a scam taking some time to google the company will reveal what it is, more fool me for not doing due diligence, BE WARNED!!! I did receive two devices but they don't plug into NZ power points! Funny that!! Even if they did they wouldn't work!!! When you pay a couple of hundred dollars a month or more for power you can see the appeal for something that says it can reduce that cost!! But the old adage should be applied to all transactions online! If it sounds too good to be true it probably is!!

A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY

Do not invest in scam devices
Basic knowledge of Ohms law tells anyone with basic Electro-Mechanical knowledge & hands on experaince of single phase equipment that a bank of Capacitor's will NOT do the job that is implied in the sales garbage about what the device does for you.
For example - One or even 2 devices in a 2 bedroom bungalow for example will NOT do anything to reduce your Sparks bill. - Electrical Energy USE SAVING is Simple - ONLY YOU can control what you use - By turning OFF all unnnecessary equipmernt & lights when not required. The choice is YOURS

Why can't I get ahold of getvoltex.com and return my products

I purchased three Electricity Saving boxes from getvoltex.com, and none of their little green lights lit up, and there was no way to check the insides to see if we could make them work. I have tried to get them to call me, but to no avail. No "agent was available," was the recording I received on more than one occasion. I thought I finally got ahold of them, but the company I called in Australia was Voltex Electronics. Paul, at that company, said he has had several calls for the same thing thing. My credit card company said they were legit, but I cannot get ahold of them!

I received my 2 voltex plugs

I received my 2 voltex plugs. How ridiculous, I couldn't plug them into the socket. You need a special adaptor plug in order to plug this device into.
They don't tell you that on the site I wish that I could return these useless plugs that probably doesn't work. There has been a lot of scams from Australia lately. I think it's in their DNA.

Went through the 'Magic Presentation'…

Went through the 'Magic Presentation' for this miracle gadget. Nearly put an order in. Decided to check the Trustpilot reviews first. Read the horror stories, immediately realised that this is all a scam. I hope that the people who suffered fire damage or injury will make a formal criminal complaint and get the authorities to hunt these scammers down and lock them up or send them to me for a hour for a dose of street justice with a baseball bat

Well done everybody, let's keep up the good work with these reliable reviews!

PS. I ticked the box which says that a copy of this review will be sent to the Voltex company.
info(at)getvoltex(dot)com

Anybody who wants to bombard this bunch of scammers, please do so maybe a couple of thousand times each, and together they will get millions of messages to clog up their inbox. No doubt they will change the name of the company and start the whole scam again. But I will keep an eye and we can start our campaign all over again as fast as they can start up again.

This item is a godsend

This item is a godsend, purchased four, two each for my neighbours, within a week the plugs shorted out and set fire to both homes.
Result, no more noise from nocturnal drummer to my left and barking dog to my right.
Seriously considering treating the Mother-in-law two a couple for her birthday, I’m sure it would light up her day👍

SCAM

SCAM! received the product three plugs, none of them worked. No one will call you back nor will they email you. You can talk on chat through their website but those people are helpless.
I sent back the product to the address they provided me but there is no one to receive it. I had to pay for international shipping, they sent me another set of three plugs and none of them work either.
This company is not legit, they may have a nice promotional video but it's all fluff. Save your money and don't order this product unless you want to lose $169. dollars plus whatever for shipping.
I would give this company no stars but that's not an option.
