We seen this advertised we signed up got approved tried to use the funds for a holiday glitched on the app. Taken the money, true to reach out numerous times to see what the issue is customer service is shocking. To then wake up today to 14 pending payments of £89.97… 14 payments do not leave your bank attached to this company if verification is broken they use a known data seller for you to upload photo identification and face. Stay clear do not give them any personal details.

To clarify a key point: no payments have been taken, scheduled, or pending on your behalf.
Your application was not approved, which means it is not possible for Vuelo to collect funds or set up instalments, as no agreement was activated.
Regarding verification, identity checks are a standard regulatory requirement for all FCA-regulated credit providers and are carried out securely to protect customers and prevent misuse. No payments can be made unless verification is successfully completed and an account is fully approved.
We understand frustrations can arise when an application doesn’t progress, but the statements in this review about pending payments and money being taken are not accurate and don’t reflect how our system works.
If you’d like us to look into your case again or clarify anything directly, our support team is always happy to help.

Mostly great very easy to use and navigate app but lots of glitches when booking with Airbnb which is such a shame with that being such a large platform… however this wouldn’t stop me using when booking with other companies

Applied months ago went to go use my credit for it to be £0 so they have just gained my personal details for nothing. Be very wary applying with them if this is what they are doing. Also ID VERIFICATION is useless will spend more of your life trying to send a company your face. Stay clear
