I just love everything about GWB..I felt so confident after putting it on..it snatched my entire body. I love the experience from ordering to delivery and I ordered again immediately. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to feel more confident in what they wear. I’m coming back for more. Tobi

I would give 0 stars if I could. I placed an order on July 18th and here we are in September — still no package. It took them two weeks just to send me a tracking number (and only after I emailed first). The tracking number was never updated, and every time I reached out, I got the same useless answer: “here’s the tracking number, that’s all we can do.”
Then the tracking suddenly claimed a delivery attempt was made and a note was left — total lie. Nobody came to my door, and no note was ever left. On top of that, I was never even notified that my package was supposedly out for delivery.
I’ve emailed and messaged countless times, but now they’ve basically ignored me. No refund. No replacement. Just excuses. At this point it feels like a scam.
Save yourself the stress, money, and wasted time. This “business” is completely unprofessional and dishonest.

Stopped by on a whim at Grays shopping centre and ended up getting the 👌 treatment. The lady helping me was a total gem—super sweet and patient while I tried on a bunch of sizes. After a little Goldilocks moment, the medium was just right Tried it on with the dress I had in mind and BABY, it snatched me like it was made for me. Gave main character energy, no lie.
If you’re thinking about stopping by GWB—do it. Your wardrobe (and your confidence)

My great experience was that the waist trainer snatched me very well and there is no fold after putting it on.

Website states orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days and will arrive within 7-10 business days for international orders and my order was not shipped out until 14 days after I placed the order. I sent 2 emails and they were both ignored.

Had a very terrible experience with this very brand.. I ordered a waist trainer.. it wasn’t true to size and different from what I saw on their page, I complained,it took them more than 3days to reply, their response was very rude, then they said they could exchange it,and I ve to pay 6pounds for it.. I did on that same day, it took them more than 5 days to pick up, no any form of communication until after 1 week I decided to ask for my refund since they re not saying nothing to me, after so many weeks, say about 5weeks they refunded my money but refused to pay me back my 6pounds for exchange.. I tried so many times to contact them for my money no response up till now… bad customer service… terrible communication.. products not true to size.. not as described 👎🏾
