Based on my experience, this is a trusted seller. I paid for my order on 13 Jan and the item reached me in KL, Malaysia on 24 Jan. I wish to also share the team has been very responsive to my request for 15% discount (for 1st purchase) even after my credit card has been debited for full amount before discount. I have received the refund accordingly. On the product, I have just tried once two days ago. So can’t really provide any review. Will definitely provide some review later after several times using it. Thanks Wetty!

I’ve been using Wetty for several months now and am very pleased. I’ve had professional laser treatments for years and was looking for a less expensive alternative to do touch ups. I must say I was impressed by the quality. Very easy to use and feels very similar to the professional laser. I definitely notice slowing regrowth. Laser treatment requires patience but definitely yields great results over time, and I am confident Wetty will continue to help me be hair free! And great that I can afford to do my own treatments more regularly.

Ordered a Wetty device in November 2019 and it got delivered in february 2020. After 6x of use there were hardly any results so I contacted Wetty. They told me it could take up to 20-25 sessions before results were properly noticed. As the results were still very limited after 25x of use I contacted them (many times) again and ask if there could be a disfunction or something wrong with my device. They told me that in the meantime the 90 days of payback were over, but I could send the device to the US for a check-up. I did so on the 9th of September 2020, but they said they never received it. So after investigations of the carrier the package was identified as lost feb./march 2021. So I contacted Wetty again and they offered me a discount on a new device. So I decided to give it a retry. This time it got delivered very quickly from China. Hopefully this new device gives better results than the previous one.

Received product. Plugged it in and burned the crap out of my arm. Immediately attempted to contact Wetty. Good luck with that. What a joke. My credit card company has never heard of a similar return policy. Ever.
The bank figured they were waiting for 30 day period to end. I got the credit and still waiting to get a return authorization.
1 star because that was the lowest number offered.

DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT!

I contacted support 2 times to make sure I was using it properly and both times they confirmed I was. I was promised results after 12-18 applications and saw nothing at 30. My body hair got THICKER using this product because 1) the product does nothing and 2) you have to shave every time before you use the product. The scarriest thing was the immense amount of my time I lost using this thing. Even if it did work, it's so time consuming that regular laser or waxing would've been better AND cheaper.

Don’t buy this product.

They offer a variation of designs: with the same interior components. None of it will help you remove hair. It does not have the high beam strengths nor the scientifically needed laser capability to reach nor to penetrate the skin and “burn” the hair follicles.

As a result of purchasing their overly promoted items you will end up on mailing lists and become bombarded with advertisement to purchase yet another item.

All their images come from stock footage.

Looks like a phishing/spam company

Their customer service has fake photos of agents and they provide a fake return address somewhere in tiny place in France (they pride themselves to be so international on the outside)
Which doesn’t exist
Neither the Post office or shipment companies could find the address

Return name also doesn’t sound anything like the ‘fake’ customer service agents Ryan or Sarah with polished white grinning teeth.

I simply changed my mind, package is still unopened & been trying send it back for over a week now
But the ‘fake’ customer service agents reply every time trying to avoid the response to provide a return address
Their response is usually just ‘Okay’

And if you didn’t expect this
They’ve been having a problem (for a while now) to print/provide a return label
Such international companies send it normally in first place and without hesitation.

Simply fishy & I wonder if I ever see my money back again

At the same as ignoring my repeated requests for return instructions, they keep sending me more sales emails and texts to buy more!?

Please stay clear of possibly one of the biggest internet scams !!! Yet another one!?

Otherwise, dear Getwetty - prove me wrong in your response here and please provide a return address and label or refund the return shipping!

I ordered this on October 3, paid an extra $7, which isn't much for priority mail shipping. Last I checked today it is in Wyoming; and started in China, because supposedly even though there was plenty of USA stock, by the time they finally processed my order they ran out and said it was coming from their China warehouse. It spent 2 full weeks in China, 6 days in California, and I still don't know when this will show up. Their customer service is nothing but automated responses, not a concerned human trying to give me a straight answer. I have tried getting the extra money paid for priority shipping credited back to me since I still have yet to receive their product and they have not acknowledged it. $7 is not much, however, it has been 3 full weeks since I ordered and I still don't have this product, and no one from this company has reached out to apologize for the excessively long delay to get it to me. I sure hope it was worth it by the time I wait a month to get it..., never waited more than 2 weeks for an item ordered online, and then it was because I chose the free ground shipping option, and it also came out of China.
