It was a really great tour and definitely one I’d recommend. The itinerary and the organisation were perfect and ran smoothly. It was a real treat to go on this tour and it was well worth it.

Booked tour with pickup 9am - received mail 8 hours before trip that pickup time change to 6.15am - meaning we had to get up at 5 am, getting no breakfast and walk to pickup place. The hotel breakfast we had paid for was also waste of money.

Mail received after option to cancell and I have received no survey after the trip.

The guide was amazing, so this complaint is only about the poor planning and customer service

Wonderful Navajo guide who shared stories about her life and experiences on the land we toured. We really appreciated hearing her perspectives. e saw areas that the self-driving tour didnt go. Much more interesting than driving the tour oneself.

I have been using GetYourGuide for many years for tours all over the world, and I have always been fully satisfied. The site is easy and very straightforward to use, there are numerous activities to choose between, and prices always seem very reasonable. For sure I will keep using GetYourGuide as one of my favourite tour operators.

Booked an event only to be told there was a glitch and no suitable alternative could be offered. Exceedingly poor first experience with this company. Do not feel I could trust them. The contact call with Kian did not go anywhere to make suitable alternatives and was rather dismissive.

We had a visit booked for Park Güell. We put the entry of it to Google Maps and would have arrived ahead of time, but it gave a route through the closed area of the park. We called the organiser, who did not know anything about the neighborhood and how to get there (was sitting in some office), but sent us some information package. That included the information, that we should be aware of this Google Maps issue. If they know it, it should be with bold letters in the information on Getyourguide. We were a few minutes late, but the group didn:t wait... 2 of us could get in later with another group, but for others, it was not possible. We pointed out to Getyourguide the issue of 1. not showing this KNOWN Google Maps issue upfront 2. the contact person not knowing anything about the neighborhood, so could not help us at all. We just got a canned, cold answer, no compensation. Never again.

Great tour to the best sites in southern Iceland. Bus was very comfortable, plenty of time at each stop, our guide was funny and very knowledgeable, and the price was quite reasonable. Highly recommend this tour!

I like using Get Your guide while traveling because it makes it very easy to spontaneously book tours while traveling. and also in advance so as to not miss out on the “must visit” attractions. I like that the booking process is fast & easy - no need to worry about going to the wrong website for an attraction. Communication & confirmation is great! Reviews are very helpful to know what you are getting. The tour operators have been wonderful & the variety of tours offered really allow us to try new experiences. I highly recommend Get Your Guide.

Our Tour Guide (apologies, but i forgot his name. We were on the 9 am/5.19.26 tour) was terrific. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. we learned quite a bit about the collosseum and Panatine. Not a 5-star only because not quite wheelchair accessible as advertised. That aside, great tour.

First time user so booking four excursions during our Celebrity Cruise gave us some anxiety. We are very pleased with updates, reminders and ease of communication when our ship was delayed beyond our control. Guides and drivers were very good. We have always used cruise bookings up until this trip. We will definitely be a Get Your Guide customer in the future. Thank you for making this senior customer feel confident our bookings are quality outings.

The event was wonderful! Determining where to enter and access the event was poorly communicated. The signage at the event was also poor.

The walking tour organized by GetYourGuide was amazing. It provided great insight into Berlin's history. The guide, Phillip, was super savvy and nice. He also took his time to explain what we were visiting in great detail, and answer all the questions. Four hours that went by so fast.

Unfortunately, our trip to Istanbul's most important sites would have been much cheaper if we had just bought our tickets there!

We had an absolutely unforgettable private Mt. Fuji tour with Rana! From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized, and he made the entire day so special for us.
Rana was an excellent and very safe driver, incredibly friendly, and always happy to share useful tips and interesting information about the places we visited. He also took so many beautiful photos of us, which made the experience even more memorable.
The views were simply breathtaking. We especially loved the iconic Chureito Pagoda with its stunning red torii and spectacular Mt. Fuji backdrop. Oshino Hakkai was another highlight, with its crystal-clear ponds fed by the slopes of Fuji, colorful trout swimming in the water, and the peaceful traditional village atmosphere. We also enjoyed the beautiful scenery and the speed boat ride around Lake Kawaguchiko and Oishi Park.
We highly recommend Rana to anyone looking for a private Mt. Fuji experience. Thank you for giving us such amazing memories!
