Delays and so much more.

I paid for a prescription 2 weeks ago and have yet to receive my order. Can't get a hold of a human and I am out over $400. Frustrating!!!

This company is shady at best

I had no contact with this company for 8 months, they always have me the rub around, then out of the blue they refill my prescription without any medical intake. I then canceled my subscription in March and find out i now have a refill coming. Whatever you do go somewhere else!!

I paid for a year in advance for my…

I paid for a year in advance for my prescription and received my first 3 months supply back in December. My next shipment was due to be sent to me on February 26th. It is now April and I have not received my medication. Zealthy has instructed me to approve my next refill and the have charged me an additional $1230 for it and I still haven't been sent any medication. They need to refund the $1230 and send my original refill but nothing has been done. They keep apologizing for my experience and say it has been escalated to the Pharmacy but I am still waiting for a resolution. I believe Zealthy is a scam and they just want money. This has been a terrible experience and would never recommend this company to anyone!

Impossible to cancel - fraudulent charges

I cancelled my subscription ($135 a month that I didn't realize was on top of prescriptions) last June. I did not sign in again. Randomly on January 30th then again in March I received $135 charges. This month I received another charge. This time to Roen. I searched online and found that Roen and Zealthy are the same. Signed into my old Zealthy account and there were the charges. They sent me no email, text, or phone call. I had not been on their site for nearly a year. Where did these charges come from??? I cancelled it online, AGAIN, and contacted support. They said I cannot have a refund and they won't acknowledge that I cancelled last year and said they need proof. But they never sent an email when I cancelled. Not being charged for the end of 2025 and the refund they gave me doesn't count as proof. Nor does my email chain with support last year.

I received no email for cancelling today. And there is no way to remove your credit card from the site. I'm afraid they will start charging me again in a few months. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company. I will probably need to cancel my credit card to keep from this happening again.

This is deceptive advertising and…

This is deceptive advertising and theft! I am going to dispute this transaction with my bank; I took screenshots of everything, which I will forward to my lawyer so I can sue you. Your website is completely dishonest! I signed up believing I would receive the medications for $151 per month, but when you actually go to pay, the cost exceeds $600 for three months. On top of that, you are liars! You charge $39 for an evaluation, but that evaluation is never actually performed—because you only review our information *after* we commit to a high-cost plan. In other words, you hadn't even reviewed my information when I requested to cancel—which was the exact moment I realized I was being forced into high costs that had not been mentioned beforehand. There was absolutely no visible option on your website to cancel the subscription. Your site tricks people into making purchases without providing any way to cancel. If my money isn't refunded today, I am going to my bank and my lawyer tomorrow!

Efficient and User-Friendly Telehealth Service

This is a total scam

This is a total scam. They collect a membership fee before they show what the actual medication costs will be, you only see the potential low costs before that. Once you pay the non-refundable fee, they tell you the meds are over twice what is originally advertised. Customer service just says too bad, you agreed to it. The account was open less then an hour max. The email provided by customer service below bounces back as undeliverable email.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. It's impossible to cancel the membership. I went through the steps on their website to cancel my membership 10 times and never got a cancellation confirmation via email. Then the next month they charged me again, so I contacted them and they said they don't show that I canceled the membership and they wanted proof such as a cancellation email or screenshot. I didn't have a screenshot so I did it AGAIN, and sent them the screenshot. Now they're asking for other proof that I cancelled the membership. Do not sign up with them, they will give you the run around when you try to cancel.
