I made a purchase of RMSIM 17 on the 9th March 2022 and have not received my tracking number. I sent several emails to them but no response. Kindly don't order from this company because it is a scam!
Don't ever buy from this company, all they care about is your money. They send the wrong product, and expect u to send it back to China, which will cost more than what I bought, very deceitful. They could care less about you.
They actually get a negative 10 star from me. I ordered a coat for my son. I ordered 3 sizes bigger than he needed. The coat they sent was tagged as 2 sizes bigger than I ordered, but was actually 4 sizes smaller than I ordered. I'm $85 in the hole over the company not being able to size their products correctly and them not making it right by paying for the return. I don't feel it's my place to right their wrong. Like any other Chinese company, they are horrible all around.
Thinking this was a Canadian company I ordered a jacket as a Christmas present...its been over a month, still havent received it...I have a tracking number..with no information on where my item is and that it was sent from China !!! A week ago they told me "to wait a few days" STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered a pair of ankle boots and after reading reviews assumed I'd been ripped. A few says later I got an email notifying me they had been dispatched. Nice move I th ought. Stringing me along. A few days later the boots arrived. Happy man. The boots are well designed, seem to be well made, and they look even better than website picture. Credit where credits due. My experience with Gevy is 5 star. Maybe they are getting their act together. Hope so. I'll be buying from them again. Matt
Terrible service. I ordered my SIM on 11-14-20. Today is 1-14-21 and I still haven't received it. 2 months! I have reached out to them and no response.
Never responded me and give fake tracking number from China, don’t believe they are from Canada.
It's been 34 days and my item is still in transit. I still haven't received it. I paid for priority shipping of 5-10 business days.
It took them 4 days just to begin the shipping process. A total of 20 days just to make it to the Airport in China. Its been in an unknown sate between China and USPS for 12 days now. That is not priority shipping.
I emailed twice with no response.
They say they are in Canada, but I don't believe it. Call the phone number and nobody answers.
I plan to open a fraud case with PayPal.

Normal delivery times for our products are indeed 5-10 business days. Personally, everything I have ordered recently, including from Amazon, has been delayed for weeks going on months. The situation is frustrating for all of us.

They list in their website that the company is based in Canada .
I ordered a product 3 months ago , never received a tracking number , no one ever responded to my plenty of emails!
After opening a PayPal dispute 2 months later I took a refund and a plain tracking number.
According to the tracking number The item is sent from China through simple mail NOT CANADA !
3 Whole Months later , still waiting for an item from Canada that is shipped from China and i had to send 100 mails for them to provide a plain tracking number !

We have searched all of our orders and can’t find any with your name. Are you sure you ordered from us? If so, your tracking number was sent by email a few days after the order was placed.
Our headquarters are located in Canada but we do ship some orders from our 3PL partners, depending on inventory levels and the buyer’s location.
Occasionally items will be delayed at customs or lost by the local postal service. We hope you understand that these delays affect all deliveries and are outside of our control.
If your order was lost by your local postal service for 3+ months, then as soon as you opened a PayPal dispute we would have issued a refund. Again, there have been no PayPal cases in your name so you may have ordered from another seller.
