My experience opening an account
My broker Michelle gave an excellent service, answered all my questions in a timely and professional manner, all the while keeping me informed of the process.
The only negative thing I have to say, is that compared to my previous experiences with brokers, GFF Ironbeam was took quite a while to make my funds available after I sent the wire.
I sent the wire the 4th of June 2020, and the account was ready for live trading on the 22nd. Most brokers I have been with clear the account within the day, at the most a week, so waiting over 12 days was slightly irritating.
But for the most part, I am satisfied so far.

Its rare these days to find this level of quality service. Quick, available, knowledgeable, pleasant. Best rates for a full service broker. Of the six brokers I contacted on-line, GFF was the only one to respond personally by phone regarding my initial Broker queries. I continue to have quick assess to my account administrator, and after-hour staff. Impressed.
