Placed an order on 7th July for 4 tubs of g fuel. Only 3 arrived. Reached out to customer service who advised they would review warehouse footage and come back to me. Now on 29th July still no response from g fuel and no refund. Never thought a company as big as this would have such awful customer service. Please don’t use this product as you won’t get what you have paid for. When you do reach out you get no response. Terrible experience and won’t be using them again. Try Sneak they do the same kind of products and never had an issues with them or the service the provide

The BOGO deals are always a great opportunity to get a lot and have so many flavors to pay from. I try to get some every time the deal comes around. The items always come into tradition and never have to worry.

What I like most is the amount of flavors I can purchase any chance I get a paycheck hahah, the company does great work providing a bogo sale and adding a free shaker on the side it’s enjoyable to get more from Gfuel.

Flavors are pretty good. I like the Kamehameha and Hype Sauce. The rebrand looks just awful though. Only price point that’s worth this is the Bogo price. I recommend that Gfuel lower the base price and ditch the rebrand. What an eye soar.

Took a month to ship. Delivery driver didnt even bother to knock or ring the doorbell. Package was stolen yet there was 3 of us at home who would have gone to the door had the driver DONE HIS JOB. Uniuni is the worst service out there. So i contacted both Gfuel and UNI. Uni emailed a copy pasted response 4 days after my email. Didnt answer anything or help in anyway. Gfuel never bothered to email back. So after almost 2 weeks i went to the site again and had to wait for live chat. I explained the issue which the person didnt even bother to read. They answered that sometimes the package is marked as delivered but its not and just waiting 2 days usually gets it done....... ITS BEEN 2 WEEKS NOW ! I explained AGAIN what the issue was to the employee... They linked me to another site which displays ANOTHER 5 to 7 days wait time. So i got enough of it and told the person i was going to file a direct compaint to my credit card provider instead. Just to make sure i get my money back WITHOUT having to wait another week or 2 (remember... its been 2 months since i ordered now). When i asked their employee name or number to have a clear person for my credit card provider to check into, the person cut the chat completely and i was left back at square one. NEVER AGAIN will i deal with this level of slow work and incompetance as Gfuel and UNIUNI.

Update: what gfuel wrote under is false. I bought 2 tubs on a bogo sale which i doubt that they sell pre-order items on bogo sales when it hasnt even come out yet. And unless they sell items on sale that they dont even have on hand themselves... then id say it sounds like an excuse. Besides, it was the same for my previous buy. Order took 3 weeks and i think 2 days to get to me but it was again a bogo sale so i was fine with it. I dont mind at all usually. I got annoyed THIS time because of the stolen package and the fact that they didnt even email back over a week after i emailed to explain the situation. Then i got the convo "nuked" on live chat when i said i wasnt going to wait another 5 to 7 days for a refund from their insurance partner. Thankfully, it took about 3 hours after i filled a claim with their insurance until i got an email back saying they had refunded my purchase. Which was greatly appreciated. Not surprised that they'd try to play it off instead of admitting that service was sub-par. I assume the person from Gfuel who responded didnt read throught all of what i wrote since i clearly wrote that i would not buy again yet they mentionned contacting them if i have issues going forward...

Extremely tasty flavors and fast shipping. I tried out the "Ultimate Chaos" as my first purchase and it was a very good cherry flavor. After getting hooked, I tried "Sonic's Peach Rings" and that was another winner! I'm going to try "Celeste Strawberry" next when that comes in. Fast shipping, and it keeps me energized when I'm gaming and when I'm at work. Would recommend! 👍

Been drinking G Fuel since 2022, would not trade it for anything else!

Love all flavors I’ve tried thus far (like 6 flavors total) I’m trying to excel on that. Can’t seem to get enough of each flavors. Love G-Fuel.

Easy process to fill a cart and check out, great deals and great product. Couldn't ask for much more.

my order came damaged but it was solved quickly and i got resent my order. the shipping is very expensive to canada but i ended up getting it during a bogo deal, i got “kamehameha” and “pewdiepie’s yuzu slash” so far i have only tried kamehameha and it tastes very good.

Their website doesn't apply discount codes properly, and placing multiple orders won't ship together. You have to pay separate shipping costs every order. CS was unhelpful in resolving any issues, before closing the chat when asking about their fulfillment house.

Fast shipping and never has any damage to the product. Drinks taste great with a great amount of caffeine. I never get jitters or a fast heart rate. Just enhanced focus and reaction time.

I am not an easy person to say I am happy with services but with GeFuel they are great customer service I ever deal with very understandable ,I missed up some pre ordered and they fixed my issue in no time, today I was able to pre order Doom dark ages collector box very easy no system crash like before scalpers couldn't ruined it for us this time , thank you Gefuel

The package got lost in the mail orders placed on the 17th of April. It stopped moving through the post service on the 19th of April. It's been 11 days. I have called multiple times I've gotten miss response from oh we're going to take care of this to are you stealing from us attitude? I was supposed to speak to a manager who did.I won't return my calls. The Post Office believes the package may have been stolen. So they've started an investigation. The insurance that I bought on this will not let me activate and says that it's still moving through the post services, even though the post office doesn't know anything about that. Long story, short 17th of April to May 1st no product. No answers and no solutions. I really like the product g. Fuel cells, but their customer it's so hit-or-miss. It just makes the whole company look bad. They should offer different shipping options. And if they're not going to offer different shipping options, and they're only going to use usps, maybe they should be fitting the bill for the insurance says, the insurance doesn't seem to work.

Look gfuel is good they have good flavors but they could do better for being a #1 supposedly top gaming brand they really need some work for example the formula, the ingredients there are not enough dosages to get the results u claim for example the reaction time and focus part of it u need an ingredients called Ltheanine for focus and u need higher dosage of ingredients cause its not enough to get job done and the powder doesn't devolve very well I hate have to shake it up for 3 plus min to get it too devolve and some of ur flavors don't taste very good until u get it as cold as possible and then it taste good its just I mean for being number one u need a ton of work to do if u want to be my number 1
