Fantastic customer service, very efficient and quick

They will take your money and not let you withdraw any winnings or any money that is yours

I deposited £70 which they took very quickly but when I tried to bet the awful app just wasn’t excepting my bets

I then tried to just withdraw my money but it wouldn’t let me

After speaking to the awful customer service agents on live they didn’t care at all made excuses

It’s an absolute joke stay away from GGBet it’s a SCAM

The withdrawal times are very frustrating and unexpected when most sites are instant

This is the second review I have written. My first one has mysteriously vanished.

This site is awful. Never deposit your money with them. I have been trying to withdraw my funds for days now and keen having barrier after barrier thrown in the way. Keep being told I need to verify my account which has been an absolute ordeal. I completed this and was told I was verified and was instructed which account to withdraw my funds to. After doing this and attempting to withdraw my money again I shortly received another email to start the verification process again. I believe they have no intention of returning my fund and there actions are unlawful. I will be going through the financial ombudsman to get my money back but I strongly encourage anyone to not deposit anymore into this site. Please use other ones that are legitimate and have better customer service

Absolutely shocking never had anything wrong against this site until now. They have not processed my withdrawal it's been a week now. I get the same excuse there busy ect. Feel I'm being fobbed off everytime it's the same message. Will be shutting my account soon as I get my money back or if I ever do.

Hands down the worst bookie you will ever have the pleasure of dealing, smarmy patronising staff who pretend they want to help but don’t do anything of the sort. Withholding my withdrawal for now over a week.

Allowed to deposit without verification but need to have verification when withdrawing.

Had two different responses from customer agents in terms to withdrawal issues, first contact I had stated it was pending but everything had been done on their side and it was awaiting to be done by the providers, second time speaking to them it's now Gone back to pending being looked at by the responsible department although they then go on to say customer agents can't see any other status other than pending.

Update - Day 14 today and still haven't heard anything back. If I don't get an update till the end of the week then I'll make a formal complaint to the gambling commission regarding this. From the updates below I can see the processing queue is slowly moving but still it doesn't give me enough confidence.

Made withdrawl request on 12th Nov and ive been chasing the company every day since then. All I get is a template response saying, its currently under manual review. Has any one been able to receive their withdrawls?

I've been waiting for over 10 days for the withdrawal to be processed contacted the company 3 times and basically get the same reply. not helpful at all..I'm still waiting don't think I'll be recommending this to anyone. the website said 24 hrs or 5 days..not happy. withdrawal was made on the 6 & 7 Nov 25

Won £590 and withdrew. Been over a week now and I'm still pending.

EDIT: withdrawal took 9 working days and several emails, I would avoid these until they sort their stuff out. Anything over 24 hours in the UK is unacceptable

I was worried about my withdrawals because they took 12 days, but it got withdrawn now. Expect to have long withdrawals times when playing on their site

I would give zero to them, not even 1 of 5. Made a withdrawal, waiting now 9 days, no answer and they took my money, dont bet there, they are scammers

I've been a player with them for around 2 years, a lot of verification but not many issues until a big one the past few weeks. Usually withdrawals are relatively quick (max 1/2 days).

My most recent withdrawal they won't release and keep telling me it's in a large queue. Seems like a lot of other people are having the same issue. I hope it's not a case of them not having any cash and hoarding as much money before they shut the site. I wouldn't recommend using them until they sort this issue. I've contacted the gambling commission hopefully they can get to the bottom of it.

This company refused to give me my money, I have made a withdrawal request for over 1 week now and they just refused to approve it. Their live support chat doesn't work, they dont pick their calls. Seems like I will be reporting to the UK Gambling commission. This is a scam company. Don't gamble with this company. 😡😡

I deposited 300 in here to bet on a sports match i was well under the max stake but they kept telling me ive maxed out the market couldn't even place 10p so I withdrew my money 2 weeks later 3 "it is being manually reviewed" "were working as fast as possible" later all no money stay away from this scam plague of a site they're defo never going to pay fraud scammers 2 weeks and they simply cannot return a deposit I put into my account and never used scammers.

These lot are a bunch of jokers. Closed my account for absolutely no reason. Glad they did after this. What a weird site. No bonuses ever either. Plenty more sites that are better out there.

I have been a member going on 5 years and for a long time they were the perfect site. I have left positive reviews because they were awesome, but it’s all changed.
Their withdrawal process is extremely difficult. At a time where most casinos have almost immediate withdrawal times, GG have gone back on their 24 hour timeframe that they used to have and have moved to 48 hours which they seem to think it’s the minimum time, not maximum time. Now, they’ve come up with a 1-3 day timeframe AFTER the 48 hours which I’m currently finding out is excruciatingly difficult.
It’s so bad at GGbet that I wonder about their financial position. They won’t listen to my feedback and clearly don’t listen to the multiple reviews on here. Shame, as they were at one point, an excellent casino.

I have never known anything like this with GGbet. It is shocking. They are blaming the payment provider which is convenient but won’t produce any evidence to say it’s been processed their side. They are quickly becoming a con.

EDIT: They failed to pay my method twice and I’ve given them a second method which is failing but they won’t listen. Shocking.

EDIT EDIT: They suggested changing payment method to SEPA and I received less than I withdrew. They are refusing to put that as a casino bonus. Poor.
