Be very careful spending money on this app. I won my hand in a tournament and it was given to the opposition. I took a screenshot of the hand and sent it to them. They acknowledged my hand was a winning hand but when I told them they gave it to my opponent they have egnored me since. It is not a safe app the cards arent dealt properly and the win goes to anyone and if you need to get in touch you will be left extremely frustrated and feeling ripped off as I did. It was clear my hand won and the way I was egnored even with evidence is shocking. A woman tried to lie to me and said my opponent reached his target stack however my hand put him way under the target and me one step closer to the target so it was more blatant lies before been caught out and blanking me. You will be left kicking yourself for putting money into this app.

GG’s customer service and response time from their customer service address is nonexistent. Utterly inept people working at GG, only join if you will never have any issue of any kind as even the most minor of requests cause GG to meltdown as they cannot handle even the most basic of requests.

Warning this site lets you join and deposit if you win NOUTHINK happens as soon as you loose a little they lock your account preventing you from winning it back ! This has happened to myself and 3 other people I know including on several accounts always when you loose some seems to be a common thing for them todo

I have reported a player on this site before, its on screen name is PooPooPooo, the first time it changed from a russian to british , now it has changed to finnish . ggpoker checks all your details before they let you join, so how can this change its country. its either a dodgy poker bot or ggpoker has their own bots to play. it's not the only name to change its country.

I would give less than 1 star if possible. Ive had issues with my account on ggpoker for last8 weeks and still not sorted nor do they keep in contact with customers. Im still waiting for a reply from my last email on the 8th may. Customer service is disgusting . Avoid this atrocious company.

Genuinely just one big scam. Theres a reason they have the lowest overall rating of any online poker site. “All games are regulated by the blah blah blah” , yeah sure , avoid at all costs

New player bonus that was promised for signing up was not applied instead of this also getting restrictions from all tipe of promotion for 30 days on my first sign up with GGPOKER I tried to speak with support but unfortunately they didn't help att all they also don't have a live chat support I don't recommend it att all

there is one guy on flip and go 20 named linus-loeliger who last day of was 7 november 2025, everyday non stop for 19 hours straight. weakest player ive ever faced yet hes making money somehow in this scam site. This site deserve to be taken legal action!

Worst company I have ever dealt with period. Provided bank statements for KYC and they completely snooped around my bank statements and looking at transactions and balances. The GG care and affordability team are absolutely incompetent and just making excuse after excuse to block winning players from playing here. The rake is also worst in the business - play somewhere else.

My account has been blocked for 7 years on gg poker and no reason has been given to me. I tried to email help@ggpoker many times. They didn’t give me a reason they just blocked my account. My name is Jad daher. Please can you reactivate my account.

So I havent played online poker for a long time, I now remember why I stopped.
Im at minimum losses so I'm not concerned about losing the money I lost.
However, there are to many questionable hands on this site, I watched 1 player clean up the whole table (not me) every single time they had no business going all in with the cards they had, and always against much better hands and winning with runners on the turn and river.
This unfortunately never happened for me!
To many Russian players too!!
I wont be playing here again, I would recommend avoiding this site.

Unfair play? Just calculate the odds; it's all you have to do, You're going to get people say this or that: bad player, bad run, too many hands within a timeframe, not a good player, variance, pot odds, etc. Just calculate the odds, run it through ChatGPT if you have to, and watch how many times a player has less than a 20% chance odds and comes out on top; it's rigged for action, and you will see it in the news someday.

No reasonable poker player is going to ignore the play they receive with GG Poker, it's undeniable, play and you will know. Because of that, it just isn't fun anymore. Instead of having a good night with fair play, as poker should be. You just get angry at the GG Poker algorithm and lose hand after hand for days, weeks, and months, chip stack after chip stack. It's just not fun and it's unfair.

I've seen quads 4 times within an hour, not just once, either. Straights vs flush all the time, hands with less than a 5% chance of winning, hitting more times than they should. Over and over again, unrealistic play. I myself am done and have uninstalled it.

You do get bad runs, probably more often than expected, and there are many ups and downs. But by far, hands down, GG Poker is the worst site I have ever played on in over 30 years. Old timer here. just not fun anymore and just downright unethical.
