GGsites Reviews

GGSites builds websites and chatbots for small and big businesses, then connects them to the tools the business already uses. We build business websites, landing pages, online stores and customer portals, on a system your team can edit, on Shopify or in custom code. The domain, hosting and accounts are set up in your name, so the site stays yours. We can also redesign or repair a site you already have. Our chatbots answer customers on your website from information you approve, like opening hours, services, policies and product details. When a question isn't covered, the chatbot says so instead of guessing and hands the conversation to a person by email or chat. It can take enquiries and booking requests. We test every chatbot with real questions before launch, and you can read past conversations and correct any answer. For the work behind the scenes, we build assistants that do one job, such as finding answers in your own documents or drafting replies for someone to check. We also build automations that move enquiries into your calendar, CRM, spreadsheet or accounting tool so nobody has to copy them by hand. We work with clinics, vets, law firms, accountants, estate agents, restaurants, hotels, salons, gyms, trades and online shops. Every project is quoted after a short consultation on Google Meet, a call or text, and the quote includes the timeline. If we have worked together, we'd like to read how it went.See more
