What a joke this store and service is! Ordered 1st December 2025 black friday sale, hundreds of dollars worth of stuff only to be emailed 4 days out from Christmas that its "out of stock" which I then go to their website and its available yet at a higher price!! Then they send me an email asking to give them a review. They don't answer questions about items still being available and still no full refund. So I'm left days before christmas with no clothes and no money! Absolutely disgusting. They've also been deleting comments off their social media about it.

Got an email saying my order was cancelled because all 8 of my items were out of stock, only to look on the website and see it all there still listed as available. If you don't have the stock just remove it from the site. Sketchy.

Placed quite a substantial order at the start of December, before the Christmas cut-off dates. I even paid for express shipping to ensure the order arrived before Christmas.
Half of my order has been dispatched, with shipping updates. I understand that orders may be split as they come from different stores.
It is now 5 days until Christmas and I have only just received information about the other half of the order - and only after making an enquiry.
The other half of my order is apparently not in stock and I have been issued a gift card as credit for these items.
This has left me with very little time to organise something before Christmas, especially because I live rurally.
To make matters worse, when I look online it still shows these items as in stock!
I am very disappointed with the lack of communication, their lack of concern at cancelling half of my order 5 days before Christmas, I now have to hustle to make sure my daughter has Christmas presents.
I haven’t been offered a refund - just a store credit - as if I want to continue buying from them.
You get better service from temu!

Ordered online here on 5 December. Fifteen days later there is still no dispatch and no meaningful response, only automated replies and a discount code offered as an apology. Under Australian Consumer Law, failure to deliver within a reasonable timeframe entitles the customer to a refund, which I have pursued via a bank dispute. Poor service and virtually non-existent customer support. I will not shop here again, either online or in store.

I honestly will never order from you again. I placed an order for three items on Sunday 7th of December. Nothing was shipped for 5 business days, until two items went out on Friday 12th of December. It also took a full 4 business days to get a response from your team via the service email address - with no other option for contacting you. While Mayci from your support team did refund the item that hadn't been shipped, I am still waiting (now 10 business days from my order) for delivery of the two items. Aramex is the worst, cheapest courier you could have used, my items have sat for two full business days in Sydney for absolutely no reason. Meanwhile, australia post and startrack are getting packages to me from other retailers overnight with no issue at all. All around one of the worst experiences I've ever had ordering product online from an Australian retailer. Do better.

Really wish I checked these reviews before assuming an order I placed on Monday at 9am would arrive by Friday (tomorrow 19/12/25) if I paid for express shipping, as is stated on their website 1-3 days for VIC. But now looking at these reviews, I highly doubt I'll be getting my Christmas presents in time for Christmas. The cut-off for express shipping (for your items to arrive before Christmas) says 19/12/25, this appears to be a complete lie, how could anyone place their order tomorrow and receive it within a few days as Christmas is next Thursday and there's a massive backlog... Ah man, now I have to head to the shops and purchase all new Christmas presents. Yay!

Ordered 30th Nov - which should have been plenty of time for my items to arrive for Christmas. It’s now that 18th Dec and they have not been shipped. There’s no way they will come for my Christmas party in 2 days so now nieces and nephews are without gifts. They emailed a 20% off a future order code as an apology however it’s useless as I won’t be spending more money with the company. Emailed two days ago and have had no response. No phone number for head office listed on their website to chase this up (why am I not surprised!?) For a large retail chain, they should be more organised for Christmas and not so short staffed that they cannot fulfil orders.
When I called a store to get a contact number, I was able to get through to head office, who brushed off my concerns, barely apologised, said they would “pass on the feedback and look into it”. Horrible experience. Post my business for life.

Absolutely the WORST online service I have ever experienced. Not only does it take weeks for my order to be processed and then dispatched, THEY addressed the parcel incorrectly and I was essentially told too bad, it’s already left, courier may or may not help. No help or assistance regarding the issue whatsoever. Thank goodness not all online businesses have the same lack of customer service and support. Horrible experience!

I placed an order with Ghanda on 1 December 2025 (#1532762) and it has still not been shipped. I tried to contact customer service on 10 December, but received no response.
The lack of communication and transparency is extremely frustrating, especially since it has been over two weeks.
I cannot recommend Ghanda for online purchases: shipping delays are excessive and customer support is practically non-existent.

I placed an order on November 17th to get shipped back to the UK. It has been 4 weeks and my order has still not been dispatched. I have sent 4 emails to the customer service team asking for an update and to make sure my order hadn’t been missed but I have only received 1 rather vague reply saying they would escalate it to get it dispatched as soon as possible…. But almost a week later it still hasn’t been dispatched. I am aware there are dispatch delays but after 4 weeks I am starting to get worried I’m not going to receive my order at all!!!

Ordered on the 2nd of December and still haven’t received any communication on when it will actually be shipped. The website states 2-5 business days. To order before 15th December to get it in time for Christmas. All I’ve had is an ‘sorry for the delay here’s a 20% discount on your next online order’ which I will not be doing. At this point I don’t even want the order as it’s past the time in which I needed some of the items and had to buy elsewhere. But I’m not even sure I’d get a refund with the way that it’s going and what others have said. Extremely disappointing.

I placed an order at the beginning of November for 5 items (mix of sale and full price), I had not heard anything 4 weeks later until I received an email saying all 5 items were now out of stock and sending me a credit note. What’s the point of ordering during a sale if I now have to pay full price to get items presents I wanted.in time to gift as Christmas presents.
I love Ghanda but this is really disappointing, they must be very understaffed and not able to cope with big sale and the Christmas rush.
All these reviews don’t lie, please get more staff to assist with orders.

My kids love Ghanda clothes! But please sort out your warehouse and delivery services! Can’t fault the stores, but having to wait close to a month is slightly ridiculous, then to be given credit, to order again and now more than likely not get the order before Christmas! This is the only store I have ever had issues with such delay in postage!

I have always found staff helpful , supportive and understanding , that is why I shop at Ghanda , quality of clothing and price is excellent . I am so Glad Ghanda have stayed true to their customers with cotton and linen fabrics and not doing the recycled materials that are hormone blockers . DONT CHANGE A THING

Ordered on the 30th of November for Christmas delivery. As of 15th of December order still hasn’t been sent.
Poor communication with 3 emails sent and no replies. I did receive a generic email with a 20% off voucher, however I will never order from ghanda again. How do I tell my 8 year old that half of his Christmas presents are missing? Absolutely furious
19th of December still not sent, I won’t be receiving this in time for Christmas now. Why advertise order by 15th of December for Christmas delivery if you are so far behind in orders. The lack of empathy and responsibility is ridiculous. Not even a sorry.
4 days before Christmas and my whole order was out of stocked and I received a store credit voucher. Absolutely terrible, service (not even a service provided)- just an inconvenience. Now I have to go and buy my son more Christmas presents at full price. Would give 0 stars if I could. Obviously more staff need to be hired as the workload can’t be handled.
Updated again my whole order was out of stocked!! 11 items, 4 days until Christmas and I didn’t get one thing! That’s wild!!
