Issue resolved

Their pricing is all over the place. They offer 50% off but the next day they raise the regular price. You can talk to 3 different reps and get three different prices. I wanted to substitute Venus mattresses instead of the Luxe. There is 200 difference between the 2.
But for some reason they wanted 1500 extra for the package. get it together guys.
Well I'm please to report that after talking to the right person at Ghostbed my issues were resolved. Talked to an excellent rep Johnathon who took care of the pricing issues. I then ordered our new bed from him.

I bought the mattress topper it is…

I bought the mattress topper it is horrible!!! Nowhere does it state not returnable!! After the fact of buy and wasting my money I returned to the site to find a book to read on refunds! They are very misleading! They took my money and ran!! Later I found on the BBB has given them a F!!! Never buy there products!! They are Horrible with a oh well Sorry attitude!!

There are many bad reviews all around the Internet by GhostBed mattress customers and I picked out ones that I think will help people with their decision to purchase or avoid this company and its products.

GhostBed complaints: BBB F rating with 28 complaints in the past four months, no customer service, donated mattress but no refund, mattress not as shown on the website, and multiple return policies. 64% of Consumer Reports owners chose “Not Recommend”, horrible company, hassle returns, no refunds, no customer service.

There are a ton of better mattress companies

This Company is shady- Terrible customer service. I dealt with a very rude person -They would not honor the refund policy. I had to have my CC company stop payment. If you are looking for a mattress I would shop at Brooklyn Bedding or Wink.

Can't return anything with them. Had it less then a week came in broken and damaged what a joke over 3000 down the drain, needless to say I'm going to the lawyer's office to ask for guidance because this is excessive?

It's overpriced and terrible, it's a scam

I wish I had seen these reviews. For one - the second you place your order you cannot cancel it. I contacted them within minutes and their rude response paved the way for the next four months.

The delivery, through RXO, was horrible and resulted in claims that took 4 months to resolve. The bed, mattress topper, "foundation", sheets and pillows are garish. They have neon green logos embossed on everything - including the face of the pillow and pillow cases which leaves rough patches on the surface of both. The sheets and mattress topper look like Joe Boxer branding with the neon logo on the wide elastic band.

The mattress itself is cheap and makes us sweat profusely. We take turns sleeping on the couch while we wait for a new mattress after having to eat the cost of this one because their return policy is a joke. We already replaced the pillows 2 weeks after trying, they are brick-like and small.

I tried to return both, but the 101 night trial starts the day it ships, and the pillows have a 60 day trial, so now I'm stuck with this hot, cheap foam topper-like mattress and pillows. Neither of these facts are easily apparent in their super friendly and easy return policy that "let's you buy with confidence."

The "foundation" is nothing more than a typical metal bed frame with cheap fabric around the base.

I regret this purchase more than any purchase I've made in my life and do not recommend. It makes me angry every night I have to fight trying to sleep on it until I can get rid of it.

TERRIBLE PRODUCT & COMPANY.
I wished that I had done more research as I got totally sucked in with the glowing reviews about the ghostbed faux down pillow being a great choice for side sleepers. It isn’t. I cannot imagine this pillow would be a supportive pillow for any head & neck in any sleeping position. It is the most inferior product with absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The product came late, delivered to the wrong address and the pillow was so devoid of any filling, it was almost laughable. Returns are done at your own expense and despite saying that it was made in Canada, the pillow arrived & was returnable to Florida. Customer service is equally lacking in care and good luck getting any resolution. Take your business elsewhere.

RUN…DONT WALK

RUN…DONT WALK! Terrible customer service & the queen mattress topper is the worst I’ve ever had! It’s made my bed so much harder. It kills my side. I can barely walk when I wake up and I tried returning & customer service told me it’s considered a hygiene item & it can’t be returned…wait..isn’t that the same as sleeping on a mattress & returning it? What’s the difference? I’m out 250$ now. So never again! Better places available that will let you return like CASPER

I ordered the split king.

I ordered the split king.. i had a problem with the one matress so they sent out another. The only real complaint i have is the matresses do not stay together difficult to sleep of your used to a king and theres a gao in the middle. I called them to complain and they said put anti slip stuff under the matress does not work they still come apart.

Beware "hassle free returns" is a scam

Beware "hassle free returns" is a scam. I did not like mattress after 101 day trial. They send me long email saying I need to donate mattress somewhere, provide receipt, then they will refund me. There are zero agencies taking mattresses and zero agencies with drivers to pick anything up. Called today they won't speak with you they tell you to send an email. We will see how this goes. If I knew this before I ordered I would have went elsewhere.

Bad experience with GhostBed

Order Placed for an adjustable bed and mattress on Oct 3, 2022. ONE month later, I was contacted by their 3rd party delivery called RXO to deliver the adjustable base and mattress. They show up with what I was expecting an adjustable base and mattress but instead had the adjustable base and no mattress. What is funny is the RXO delivery has no order for a mattress EVENTHOUGH, I shared with then my order number and contents of the order. RXO tood back base to their warehouse. A week goes by and as well with three calls to RXO and Ghostbed trying to find out the whereabouts of the mattress. Ghostbed said they see ab order for it. RXO customer service sees an order for it. So now going on the 7th week since ordering and the first delivery attempt, RXO delivery returned again with the base and no mattress. I was heated! Nov 20th, I was told in order to process a return of funds, you must submit a request on ghostbed.com and wait 15 days. So I did, no refund and on top of that; I financed a portion of the bed and had to make a payment on December 10th. Called Ghostbed on December 13th and was told there is no such refund requested in the system. Now I had to wait another 15 days for a refund. Well, what do you know; no refund. Called December 29th and was told the refund is not processed because FedEx has not returned the base and mattress to ghostbed. I Called RXO, the representative said they still have the base and mattress in their possession! This has been almost 2.5 months. This is still on going. Now I have to make a second payment on something I do now own to protect my credit. DO NOT BUY MATRESSES AMD BASES ON-LINE! ESPECIALLY GHOSTBED! GB has poor communication with their delivery service. Stay away from GHOSTBED. Better off going to a store front.

This is a terrible pillow

This is a terrible pillow. We have been pillow searching for some time and this is one of the most uncomfortable pillows we have tried.
It is very hard and does not give at all so your neck is at a very uncomfortable angle.
After using the pillow for a month, I began experiencing terrible neck stiffness and pain. I switched pillows and it subsided.
Unfortunately, when the pillows were shipped we were traveling so we missed out on the 100 day trial period and are unable to return the pillows. I hope the dogs at our local shelter find them more comfortable!

Disabled Beware

If you are disabled and would like for the mattress to be delivered to your residence, this is not the company for you.

The mattress was thrown in a stairwell somewhere on the property of complex I am in. I found it elsewhere in my building. I am disabled so am unable to lift the package up to my second floor apartment. I will say that GhostBed did reach out to FedEx to have it actually delivered, but to no avail.

After waiting for a return call, an unpleasant CSR contacted me with two options:
1.) They would cut a little off the mattress price so that I could arrange for it to be delivered to my residence.
2.) I can pay the 15% restocking fee and return the items.

I opted for #2 as I would like for this nightmare to be over.

There are other online mattress companies out there I would recommend taking a look.

Awful pillows

Awful pillows. I’ve tried both the memory foam and faux down pillows and both became completely flat after about a month, to the point where it causes neck pain to use them.

Their customer service is just as awful. They don’t seem to even read your messages before sending out a generic response, and that’s if you’re lucky enough to get a response at all.

Don’t waste your money on these low quality products.

Slimy, dishonest company that works with Affirm to steal your money

Fake reviews on their website, hidden terms and conditions, terrible customer service. I do believe they work with affirm to steal money from people. Because it takes so long to get a refund from GhostBed, you cannot dispute the transaction with Affirm if you don’t get a proper refund because of GhostBeds deceptive practices. They sell the base at a discount if you buy it alone. But if you buy a base and mattress together, and you return the mattress(which was a huge hassle in itself) GhostBed took away my discount on the base. I couldn’t dispute with affirm because it was outside the timeframe to dispute and only by a few days. These companies work together to take your money. Dirty practice. If this happens to you, file a complaint with your attorney generals

GhostBed/Biggest Scam Ever

GhostBed is worst company ever. Beware DO Not Buy anything from this company! I purchased a bundle package from them in April 2022. Mattress was terrible. We tried it for 30 days and my back hurt worse. It says you have 101 day trial period. I sent mine back in 30 days and all they gave me back out of a $2869.09 purchase was $650. When I called to tell them I wanted a refund I asked customer service how much I would get back. They kept telling me I would have to wait on support team to review it after I sent it back. I had to keep insisting they should know how much because I wasn’t comfortable sending it back without knowing. I finally got someone to tell me and from what they figured it should be around $1467. After mattress was picked up they text me a refund amount of $649.92 so I made another call to customer service because I was mad and told them I wasn’t satisfied with the refund and they told me the same amount the other person told me, it should be $1467,but they would never let me talk to support team. It’s going on 6 months and I’m still fighting with them. All I can say is DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM FROM THEM!!! They have been one BIG NIGHTMARE!!! They are not even worth a one star rating!!

Zero stars. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS RIDICULOUS COMPANY. First, they charged my card the wrong amount, then they sent the wrong size of mattress topper. I have been calling and emailing to get my money back for three weeks. Their topper cover was also not as stated on their deceitful website. All their mistakes and I'm left wasting all this time.

STAY AWAY!!

This place is a nightmare. The bed is so firm and NOT at all as advertised. I was told they would send me a topper only to be told today that I have to wait 30 days. Their customer service team is legit awful and you can tell they do not care about the consumer. If you want a bed, stay away from this place.

Watch the return policy it is a scam

Watch the return policy it is a scam! They imply you have a "risk free 101 sleep trial" In actuality you lose 50% of your money you paid for the mattress.
If you go to FAQ in how my return is calculated is say:
If you're totally sure you don't love the comfort of your GhostBed mattress and/or GhostPillow, we'll work with you to coordinate the return and your refund. (We're not crying, we swear... must be these onions we're cutting up.)

While return & refund policies are never fun to read, here's what you need to know:

Promotions and/or discounts will result in an adjusted refund amount (50%)
Non-refundable items in your order, as well as recycling fees, extended warranties and/or White Glove add-on won't apply to your refund
Pillows returned under the 101-Night Sleep Trial will need to be shipped back at your expense (don't worry: we'll share our best tips for keeping the shipping expense small!)

Does not honor return policy

I had been looking for a cooling pillow for ages. I am wary of ordering for a pillow online, but I was willing to give this one a try, considering how much they touted the cooling properties of their pillow. I was also assuaged by their 101 day trial period and guaranteed return. These pillows aren't cheap--$100. So tried it out. All I needed was a few days--the pillow does not cool. So I decided to return it. There is no direct return form or page on their site; they insist on an email exchange about about why we are returning. Fine. After a couple of email exchanges I finally got an address and directions for return. After a few weeks of then not hearing from them or receiving my refund, we contacted them, and insist they have not received my return. Because we just did a standard mail delivery we did not get a tracking number. However, after all of this time the pillow has certainly arrived, yet without this we are without recourse and the 101 days will of course go by without any refund. Sigh. What a scam.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service.
Would not allow me to return my defective mattress and when I finally did return it, they would not process the refund. I had to file a dispute with my CC company to get my money back, that says it all. Horrible company!
