Just a horrible case... initial order the front part (screen) of the case doesn't stick well. CSR sent me a replacement case and hinge protector has now broken and the front cover protector still sucks. I'm done with Ghostek

The day I recieved the case I dropped the phone on carpet and the bottom hinge broke completely off. Other than that I would have loved it. Design is great.

Normally a company is smarter and uses a shipping company that isn’t shut down. Canada uses purolator, not sure what the states normally use. This was processed on the 5th/6th and as of yesterday (18th) it still hasn’t left. This is my first time buying from you guys and I’m extremely unsatisfied. I’ve had to buy a cheap case just to get by and now my phone is already damaged from work.. I work in harsh conditions daily and a lot of hours and I could have walked to the US and back to Canada by now.

New update, this company blames Canada post because they won’t use other shipping companies. I have multiple orders nearly every day from different companies accross the globe and you are the only company that still has the product in the original city it started at after 16 days. A good company would care for the customer. All other companies have shipped my products and or have been delivered with no excuses.

Very easy to install the tempered glass front for the phone. Also bought a case and it is incredible. I dropped my phone face down (on accident; I don't like testing for durability that way😆), and it is just fine. Thanks GHOSTEK.

Shipped me an obviously opened and damaged product, and haven't made the refund process very easy.

Can't give a full review yet, because i still haven't received my order, was supposed to be delivered over a week ago.seems as if my item was lost by the post office , I'll update the review after my case is settled
