I purchased 2 bikini sets & received them yesterday, I love that they’re sold separately as I am that person who is a different size on top, then on bottom! The quality of the pieces is amazinggg. I have been looking to invest in quality swimwear for a while but found most places that stock high quality are usually just plain black etc. I’m ordering from Ireland so I pay a little extra for the delivery and then customs charges & I would pay them again to order from here!

Be very careful ordering from here, quality of clothing is market value low quality. Their returns policy is floored so don't expect to get anywhere with them if you need to return your items.

I was also way in time of the returns request time it’s just you conveniently don’t reply with an address for return but ask more questions like an order number etc pushing the time for a reply further on. My initial request for a return was within the timescale so it’s a very underhand returns policy you run but of course you know this because it’s done for your own gain hence why you have to message you for permission to return instead of placing the return details in your parcel.

Again - don’t order from this company if you think you may want to return the item as they won’t assist you in doing so.

I can not recommend Gianelle enough, not only is the product quality to an exceptionally high standard the customer service is amazing. I had a small issue with an order I made that was my own mistake. I emailed them and received a reply straight away and was rectified there and then. 5* massively deserved

This is my second order and I can honestly say the quality of the items I have received are exceptional. I really struggle to find swimwear I feel confident in but the sizing and fit are amazing. I am so glad I found Gianelle and I would not use any other swimwear brand. The customer service each time has been outstanding. I also found that the dresses I ordered wash really well. I can not wait to purchase for my next holiday.

DISGRACEFUL COMPANY!! I don't usually write reviews and am not usually a "Karen", but this brand deserves a review.

I thought I'd order from Gianelle as their Bikinis looked gorgeous and I wanted to support a small business. Very happy at first as I loved the bikini but needed to return a few other items as they didn't fit. I followed their return instructions and everything was returned within their 14 day period, I'd also like to point out that I had to pay for the return. A week or so later I received an email saying thank you for the return but as I didn't meet their return guidelines, I could have a gift voucher but no refund. I politely followed up questioning their decision and asking for a refund, as it was quite a significant amount of money. I have since emailed them 4 times and tried contacting them on Instagram, I was quite desperate for the refund at this point. I've been completely ignored and still don't have my money back!! Also worth noting that you don't receive a gift voucher, it's just a discount code, so you can't use part of the voucher for an order and save the rest of the money for another time. Once you input the voucher code, that's it. They now have perfectly returned items to re-sell, my money and more of my money from the "gift voucher". It's unacceptable for any business to treat their customers with such a lack of respect but even more shocking coming from a small business that you'd assume wants to do well! This is a tough financial time for everyone, so do not buy from this disgusting brand that you can't trust to return your money. Such a shame because I thought I'd found a great new place to buy swimwear! Never again.

Was super conscious of the bikinis not fitting due to being 5ft10 but with a bigger bust but can honestly say I was pleasantly suprised with how flattering the fits are.

Also really impressed with the length of the crotchet skirts as someone that is tall I’m always worrying they won’t fit but honestly exceeded my expectations! My new go to for swimwear/beachwear for sure x

Shambolic customer service and quite frankly bizarre returns policy of them receiving the item back within 14 days to be eligible for a refund.
Do not buy from these scammers!!!!!

I purchased a swimming costume and coverup for my holiday. The crochet coverup came with a small pull that i ignored despite it's large price tag. After one wear for 1-2 hours max, the crochet began unravelling, this continued, without any pulls/ being washed etc. The whole top 30% of the skirt is now completely unravelled. I have tried contacting Gianelle via email, instagram and tiktok dm and also by commenting on social media. Instead of responding, they have been deleting my comments and i still haven't had a reply from them. I won't be ordering again which is a real shame as the swimming costume was lovely!

The best swimwear I have ever had in my life!! Always arrives on time and the quality is amazing, customer service is also brilliant, you can tell they really care about their customers! will never shop anywhere else for holiday wear again. Thank you to the Gianelle girls xx

I had the best experience with this company! Their customer service is amazing, I’d received a reply to my email within 10 minutes and they were super helpful. The quality of swimwear that I’d ordered was phenomenal. I HIGHLY recommend and will definitely be reordering some pieces in the future.

Needed some last minute bikinis urgently for a holiday. Placed an order and received it the next day and was blown away by the quality of the swimwear. Such good value for money and the fit was perfect. Had so many compliments when I was wearing them. Would definitely recommend!

Best swimwear I have ever bought, all of their products are insane. I struggle to find bikinis which I feel comfortable in and this brand has really changed that. Affordable and excellent quality, I will definitely be purchasing more from this brand!

Love it! Come across this brand on instagram and can say the quality, experience and fitting was 10/10. Quite rare you come across an a brand which are starting out and exceed expectations. 100% would be ordering again my best mate loved her new bikinis for holiday!

The best quality bikinis and beach/swim wear ever. Amazing quality, unique designs and the customer service couldn’t be better! I didn’t pay for next day but still received my order quickly.

WORSE COMPANY EVER!!! returned faulty swimwear to be told because it was on sale I have to pay for it when they clearly saw it had a big hole and the other skirt was ripped. Luckily I had taken photos. They then sent the items back to me with a swimsuit that had already been return stating it was stained. Again luckily I had taken photos to prove it was unworn and clearly had sticker still attached to intimate area. Poor customer service as wouldn’t email back and now have blocked my email. Taking it further and do not EVER SHOP HERE. YOU WONT GET YOUR MONEY BACK!!!!! Awful people and business!!!!!
