I saw the sale on my Facebook feed. It was easy to place an order and my items arrived nicely packaged. I also, email customer service about possible exchange, they were prompt in getting back to me.

I ordered an item from over seas worth 350$+28$ DHL shipping service. On the website of Gianfranco Ferre there's no information about their legal address and there's no information about which country they ship the goods from.
Now they ask me to pay 140 euro import fees. This is almost half of the purchase price.

Terrible quality
Terrible quality, it is not the quality that GFF used to have. Seems are not straight and the treads are sticking out. The fabric is terrible. Online customer service (Joy) is poor. I used to buy a lot of GFF closing, including kids clothing, quality was outstanding! Now, complete waste of money.
