If I could give it a 0 star I would, two puzzles 65 dollars and I ordered two large ones and two tiny ones arrived, one was the wrong one and I tried contacting them to no avail. Do not treat this site

Ordered a puzzle. Since it didn't arrive after 3 weeks, I contacted them about the order. Then I noticed that, in the meantime, the webshop changed its name from Awfulty to Lael Puzzle. That's when I knew this was a scam. I've been emailing back and forth with them for over a month and a half since it usually takes them about 3 weeks for a response - IF they respond. They said in one of their emails that they will handle the refund. Approximately a month has passed since then so I gave up talking to them and reported the issue to my bank (didn't pay through PayPal). Lesson learned.

I ordered a 'large' puzzle that was supposed to be 16.5 inches. I also paid extra for fast delivery. I recieved a puzzle smaller than the size of the palm of my hand, with multiple broken pieces, and weeks later than it should have been. They originally ignored my complaints of late delivery, then after the rubbish puzzle had arrived they offered me a partial refund.

I'm pretty sure this is the company's MO, sending rubbish items and hoping to keep some of the money. What they sent cost me over $40, and was honestly not worth $2.

I ended up seeking a full refund from PayPal, who decided in my favour in less than a day.

they have gotten me with several items in this group. lost over $200. crazy. I have to watch better

Well I too wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I ordered 3 medium puzzles, buy 2 get 1 free. When the package eventually arrived it was opened and there was only 1 small puzzle in the package. I contacted Giantbee Tech and they said that they shipped 3 puzzles and that I had to check with my post office to trace it. I did that but was told by my post office that only the seller can request a trace. I purchased through PayPal and now they want me to make a police report and send it to them. This is a waste of everyone's time and I am just accepting the loss. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! IT IS A SCAM!!!!

I ordered 3 puzzles, all large. I received 3 small puzzles...and they didn't look anywhere near as sparkly as the pictures. I wrote to them...and they did reply - but with some sob story about how they don't have many people in their factory and they make mistakes and would I accept a discount off my next order. When I declined this I never heard from them again. Why would I order something else from them and pay them more money when they don't send us the right thing in the first place??

I had ordered 4 puzzles because of a flash sale promotion. Buy 2 get 1 free buy 4 get 2 free. I ordered 4 small puzzles. I waited 3 months for my puzzles to show up. When they finally did there was a puzzle missing, and the free ones were not included. Now I am writing emails back and forth trying to straighten out their mistake. It has been going on for another 2 months. I just want what I ordered. How hard is that? I need to prove now of what I ordered, when I ordered and a snapshot of the order confirmation, and the site is down. How can I prove that? I took photos of what I ordered, the package it came in, and the process of order on the package, and they still expect more proof. I will not order from this company again. They even told me that they can see my order, and what I paid for, yet they still want me to send them more and more information. I was so fed up with the whole ordeal I finally just accepted that it will not be resolved,gave them a blessing and moved on.

Ordered twice. Came in on time but ordered two small and one med… got all small. The second time I ordered again am and med aft all med. and one was the wrong puzzle. I’m still working with them on this. Let’s see how long it’s going to take

I R E A L L Y wish I had of read these reviews before I ordered from GIANTBEE TECHNOLOGY. I, too, ordered a LARGE puzzle and they sent me the smallest one. Then only wanted to refund me a portion of what I paid OR get an instore credit. Well after two months of fighting with them they not only paid me a portion of what I paid, they somehow managed to enter another payment to them for the same amount as the refund.
I DO NOT KNOW HOW THIS COMPANY IS STILL ABLE TO SELL ANYTHING ON THE INTERNET. THEIR SELLERS LICENSE NEEDS TO BE REVOKED.
I am going to try my damndest to make this happen. I am filing this with Internet security and anyone else I can find. This was supposed to be monitored by PayPal but somewhere it fell through the cracks because this should NOT have happened allowing them to get another purchase through.

Ordered 6 large, huge, giant puzzles. Did NOT receive after 6 weeks. Opened dispute...then thus POS company reports to PayPal they delivered. BS...I received the smallest puzzles AFTER my complaint. NOT WHAT I PAID FOR! FURIOUS!! 🤬😡🤬😡 NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!!

I placed an order for 3 of the largest size puzzles and they sent me 3 of the smallest puzzles. Now they want to give me a store credit for a portion of the difference. I’m very upset. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I wish I’d read the reviews before ordering. Still trying to get the difference back. Garbage!!!

Repeat of everyone's reviews. Paid $90 for 6 mini puzzles worth $1 each. Credit card co. opened a dispute and denied it because China co. said I got my goods and just didn't want to pay. Yes, I got their crap, it's not what I ordered, 8". Wanted to frame these, supposed to be medium size, not 3.5". Total Scam, will keep fighting, but lesson learned. Stay away from Hong Kong/Chinese companies!

I’m giving 1 star because there is no option to give less!! Items ordered for $55.98, never received them. Am being given the run around with them saying items were returned due to wrong address, tracking history says the items never left China !!!
Will be opening a dispute ASAP with my bank to recover the money. Stay away, do not order from these people as they are very unreliable!!

I ordered a large puzzle and a frame for it. They sent 2 small puzzles. I sent them an email informing them of this and never received a reply. I gave up and didn’t know I had any recourse.

I also have been a victim, but I decided to fight back. I notified my credit card company (Chase) and they have refunded the money and are investigating it as fraud. They are also sending me a new card. I have also filed an IC3 complaint with the FBI. The GiantBeetech.com is no longer working. I have sent the FBI the full headers of the tracking email. Unfortunately, I had deleted the original order email. I urge all of you to do the same and keep all your emails.
UPDATE:
After I did the above things mentioned above, I sent an email using the "shipped" email and telling them what I had done. Lo and behold, I got an email yesterday that they were shipping the rest of the puzzles I ordered.

The company generated a USPS label but never sent my items. I sent multiple emails and STILL have received no items or response for over a month. I know shipping can take some time, but the complete lack of response has been truly annoying. I would NOT recommend, keep your moms away from Beppie puzzles!!!!!

I ordered the large puzzle X2 on sale but still spent over $50. I emailed to tell them that I received the small size but had ordered and paid for the large size. I have never heard anything back from them. I see where other people had the same thing happen some of them at least received a response although nothing was ever reconciled.

Unlike the other reviewers I have bought the small size to see what they were like and ended up buying 5 and loved everyone. The first 2 I received were more difficult as they didn't have locking pieces. The other 3 did have the occasional locking pieces and made completion easier. I have no issue regarding delivery and I'm hoping to buy more.

Like others, wish I'd seen these reviews before i bought 6 "large" puzzles. They sent 6 tiny puzzles, worth much less than what I paid, and they tried blaming multiple issues re covid and only offered $20 CREDIT (they've fleeced me for many times that value!). As if I'd ever use them again. Crappy thing is they're still supposedly selling the same large puzzles I paid for so this is just an ongoing scam to rip people off. Have already contacted my credit card company re this scam.

I ordered two wreathes for my doors and got a bunch of cut pieces of foam and instructions to create the wreathes which would have been about 3 “ in diameter. What a total rip off!!!
I want my money returned!!!
