Another Chinese scam. Received 3 tiny puzzles with really crappy colours compared to what was advertised. I'm not even bothering to open their plastic boxes instead of the wooden boxes advertised.

The quality is awful, I chose one specific free puzzle and they sent me another one. Their answer was silence.

The minimum stars is 1. I would give this company 0 stars. I too, wish I had read the reviews 1st! The owl I received was actually nice. The issue is I paid for a large puzzle, and received a small 1. Don't deal with this company!!!

Can't blame giantbee guys. It's our fault for not checking up on the company first. What irritates me is that the internet is still allowing the scam to be advertised. That's our "trustworthy"🙄 government for you.

Oh man! Kicking myself for not reading reviews. I, too, was scammed. Ordered and paid for the large puzzles (11x16) received the small size puzzle (6x8). The puzzle is wood, is about 75 pieces and took an hour to complete. Worth maybe $5-$10 at most.

Also, plan on about 6 weeks delivery and zero updates from the seller.

In April 2021 we order six (6) large wooden puzzles (11.8'X16.5) from Giant Bee Tech. We received six very small miniature size wooden puzzles. We immediately notified the company of the product error (Apr 17, 2021). Giantbeetech has not responded to our complaint, We paid $110.00 for the puzzles. This company and its business practices are fraudulent.

Horrible company to do business with.I paid $85 for 11.8 X 16.5 puzzles and the ones I received must be the smallest size they sell. They’re not even the animals I chose. I’ve requested a refund and they have offer five dollars. That’s so disrespectful. PayPal should not be doing business with them.

I too have received three inferior jigsaws in either cardboard or plastic boxes. Have sent two emails to the ‘24/7 Customer Support’ - LOL - no reply.

‘fake website buster’ is a useful link with advice & help to claim compensation.

I have opened a dispute with PayPal via tel so🤞.

Bad company, didn't send the product we ordered, they don't answer email. DO NOT BUY FROM THOSE GUYS.

Same issues as everyone else. Ordered 6 Medium puzzles and they are all smaller than their advertised Small size. They are the size of coasters (granted, fairly nice looking coasters) but I ordered 21cm x 30cm. I have emailed with no response. Since the puzzles are so small, they are very flimsy and actually hard to construct.

By chance if anyone is seeing this before ordering, do NOT buy from them

I wish I could select no star -- what a scam. Ordered mid February -- still have not received the puzzle. But from the other reviews -- sounds like I would have been very disappointed in the puzzle. I have sent an email twice to the company -- no response. How do these companies get away with it? Instagram and Facebook should not give them ad space!!!

This was MY mistake. I NEVER buy anything without checking the reviews. But I was so excited by the ads, that I jumped in and purchased two puzzles. Imagine my shock when two itty bitty plastic containers came in with the pieces in a plastic bag and a sticker showing the picture on top. This is NOT worth the money. I wish I could get every cent back. These were supposed to be gifts, but there is NO WAY I'd EVER give this away. BUYER BEWARE!

Dang look at all these reviews...we all got scammed at the same time huh...And I thought I had looked them up before hand too..my $27 12x16 puzzle looks like it should be about $5 and is the size of my hand...all 3 are like that..I payed with paypal and I will try to get a refund...always pay with paypal

I ordered 2 puzzles and much later than I expected I received 2 itsy bitsy puzzles (not the ones I ordered) in a plastic box. I also tried to contact them numerous times and got no response. They are a total ripoff and should be removed from FB.
There ad said they were going out of business and the price was reduced 80%, down to $20 per wooden puzzle. After I received them they don’t even qualify as a Dollar Store item! I knew right away that the 80% was a ruse. I’d never pay $100 for a puzzle under any circumstances. I also noticed that there was no mention of dimension or number of pieces. How small can they be?!?!?!

I ordered 3 large wooden puzzles. The ad showed beautiful puzzles in wooden boxes that had pieces in special shapes such as various animals. What I received was 3 very small puzzles in cheap plastic boxes. The pieces are tiny and have indistinct shapes that wouldn’t even hold together. They are utter crap. There was no packing slip and no information on how to arrange a return.

I ordered a size Large of the Giant Elephant wooden puzzle and received a very small 4" puzzle. No response from them. Reading all the other messages these are scammers.

I too purchased on a buy 2 get one free. I ordered 2 Medium size and picked a medium size (free). I too received shipping info. Took a number of weeks but i persevered. The day it was delivered showed a 4 x4 inch plastic box with the A5 version (small) puzzles-but not one medium among them. I emailed immediately to be told it would be delivered today. Obviously they did not understand the issue as my complaint was the size which had been delivered. I wrote on one of their many FB pages the issue only to be told to email them. To date i have emailed several times without a response. I paid approx £60. I was given a thank you note with the parcels apologising for delivery times due to covid. There are 2 follow up addresses to contact them but neither has generated a response. This has shaken my faith and trust going forward.
