The vendor did not let me down

The vendor did not let me down. I bought a vape that was malfunctioning. I was able to coordinate via email for a return/exchange. The email correspondence was a little slow, probably because of the holidays, but they maintained contact and kept their word and I am happy with the exchange. Thank you
