Would be 0 if an option. These people were supposed to reach out to me back in October, actually they should have reached out to me 2 years ago when my next test was due. My doctor informed me I was overdue so she sent a request over in October. I finally receive a random text 5 and 1/2 months later to click and log into some random website with my personal information. In this day and age and then this technological landscape this is not only poor decision making by this provider but it is unacceptable and actually illegal according to the FCC and laws that were passed about opting in to SMS texting. Do not use them as a provider as they do not care about your personal information or your safety at this point. I refuse to let anyone at this location do anything on me whatsoever. I would highly recommend you look elsewhere.
