Slick and simple

Slick and simple. Website is well laid out and responsive. Great selection of products and click and collect was same-day, which I didn't expect but appreciated. Counter staff person was lovely and efficient, a very quick and easy transition overall. Only negative was the product was not the correct colour. Ordered white, image on box suggested white, but turned out to be black which isn't ideal (but given as a birthday present so no opportunity to change).

A great buy.

I ordered a heated clothes airer. It arrived the same day I ordered it. It works very well and is exactly as advertised. Delivery was efficient and I received numerous updates.
