Great resource to obtain discount shopping cards

Gift card rescue is a great way to find discount shopping cards.
It would be nice however, when purchasing an electronic discount code/card that the code is emailed right away to use for shopping instead of waiting couple days for the electronic code to be emailed.

Good Site, Safe site

I feel like the only issue I had was that it took so long to be cleared to buy eGift cards. I understand it is a security issue but felt there should have been some way to contact them and get clearance to buy eGift cards more quickly. At least we know they are trying to be safe.

Very reputable company

I have purchased over a dozen gift cards for less than their balance. Eleven smooth purchases without a hitch. Only once was a gift card delivered with a zero balance and the company just asked me to mail the card back and they refunded me the full amount very quickly with no hassle.

Rip Off Company

After sending my cards to this company on January 11th, it took them 5 days to process my cards. They "CUT" me a check on January 20th. As of today, still no check. When I called for a replacement check, I was told it would be sent with a tracking number. Today when I spoke to Benjamin, he said he was mistaken, no tracking number. I am now going to file a claim with the BBB. This company is disgraceful. Stealing from people. Those were my husband's gift cards, and he Active Duty US ARMY. How dare you steal from soldiers?

takes too long 2-3 days, to get the card number

pay with a c/c and the charge it then it takes 2-3 days to get the card number!

Scam alert

This is my second review as I'm getting more frustrated since I mailed my unused gift card in over 2 months ago and have not received payment or updates on when it would be mailed. Nearly 1 1/2 months ago I received notice that the card was received, balance was verified and a check was "being processed and would be in the mail in 3-5 business days." I have not received anything and tried contacting them via phone (no one answers or returns phone calls) and email (no response either). I seriously cannot believe I fell for such a scam.
My advice, don't trust this company.

You should have received emails at each stage of this process, if you did not, please check your spam folder. No response

I have purchased some Lowes gift cards back in December 2015. Lowes pulled a fast one and changed their process to no longer allow "gift" cards. I contacted gift card rescue the first day this policy changed, back in December. I have yet to see a statement credit or a physical card arrive in the mail! I have made multiple attempts to contact GCR with no avail. Very disappointed in the lack of response as the prices with coupons were good.

Cards are legitimate, but package tracking service is bogus

This is my second experience with physical gift cards from this company. The gift cards I have purchased are legit, and work at any store they are promised to work at. However, the link they send with their emails is not a true "tracking" link as they claim; it merely takes you to the GiftCardRescue.com website with a pointless message saying whether or not they've mailed out your gift cards to you. It doesn't include any tracking link through a postal company. Furthermore, my most recent experience with mailed gift cards had me waiting well beyond their promised 10-day delivery window. I did at last receive the gift cards I purchased, but the delay was significant and included no way to track where it was on the way to my address.

Did NOT HONOR faulty gift card

We purchased a Lowes gift card from giftcardrescue as a present for someone. They tried to use it and it did not work. Giftcardrescue refused to honor it because they only give 24 hours to return a gift card.

Transferred Gift Funds

Bought a Lowe's online gift card and took forever to process. Contacted customer service to see when I could use the number and they told me they were switching them all over to physical gift cards...and I have yet to receive my gift card. It's been a month.

Horrible customer service

I ordered a gift card last week and it is showing that it has been delivered and signed by a person i have never heard before. I has been trying to call them. And i found that it is IMPOSSIBLE to talk to a representative. I left a voice message to them yesterday, but no reply this morning, so i called their three numbers: 410-690-8357, 410-690-8357 and 877-800-4413. I have been calling them for hours this morning, but NO ANSWER.

Just OK

I love the discounted gift cards but do not understand why you have to wait a month to be able to buy the electronic ones. Shipping time is Absolutely Ridiculous. Its been 2 weeks and I still dont have the first set of cards I ordered. On the second set I paid the $2 to get a tracking number and it took 9 days just to ship it. I should have just waited the month and got the electronic ones. Im hoping those are a bit quicker

Love the idea, little slow on getting things done though

I have giftcards that I have used from here with no problems whatsoever, but if you ever do have a problem with an electronic gift card, it's quite a hassle to get a refund. I've had to take multiple steps, fill out forms, and now I'm playing the waiting game, for up to 14 days according to the email I received. All I really want is a gift card that has the amount it's supposed to have on it, but oh well.
