I ordered a giftcard with a personal design.
I received responsible and committed service in a short time.
I have used this type of service several times already and I usually receive adequate service, despite my often quite detailed requirements.

Virtual cards are not an option. I won't order anymore.
I need it Sunday for a present and I ordered it Sunday.
It was activated and sent two days after that.

On the website it is not known when will be activated

Very complicated registration, too many data, slow process.

Really a killer feature/service and it is very weird that there are so few options for this. However, I encountered issues with the website when ordering and had to go back and forth with support, and it was very time consuming.

It should also be pointed out that not all sites support that kind of virtual credit card which was issued - I think because it's in BLR currency.

Great product. In the old days we wold buy giftcards at certain stores and the gifted would go there and choose his/her gift. With these cards the person has infinite choices and in certain stores one even gets a discount. So this is an idea whose time has come. I Will be a repeat customer.

Too much time waiting for approval when buying a card. The first time it is normal because some validation needs to be done regarding the documents but after that I have bought more than 5 cards and i am waiting at least 4 hours if not a whole day!

Best gift ! It’s easy to use ( like a normal card). Very practical and you could use your own pictures for the design or favourite character- how great is that? 🤩

Scam. Don’t use this Giftscards. I received a giftcard from my employer in October 2019. The card had an expiry date of march 2024 however when I activated the card in Dec 2020 the card was empty!! Turns out that Giftcards charge a fee of 4$ per month until it is activated and for NOTHING.
This fee seems solely for the purpose of ensuring an extra profit for the company. There can’t be much work for them to do that would justify such monthly fee.
It’s unethical and very poor customer service.

Do yourself a favor and NEVER order anything from those guys!!

The company is one BIG scam, full of UNPROFESSIONAL liars. I have been struggling FOR MONTHS, hoping I will receive some help and will be finally able to us my card. FOOLISH hope. They keep on sending the same automatic e-mails, they do pick up the phone but their response is always "we will send it to the back office, Ma'am" or "We are working on that, please be patient". It looks like their non-existent "customer service" is always saying the same but the actual help is never meant to happen. You haven't been able to use your card or money? Well, dont waste your time and dont be naive - IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN.

Again, do yourself a favor and make sure to NEVER use their scam (can't be called a product or service)...

After ordering gift cards in the past 2 years several times for grandchildren in Germany without any problems we will not use this company again. On the 26th of November I ordered a $60.00 Happy Birthday gift card but December 3rd it had not been sent. After contacting them by email I received an email back saying that due to my order being over $250.00 I must provide my Passport and other documents. After emailing back several times I just get the same email returned, "Due to the order being over $250.00 you must provide a copy of your valid passport and..." I requested they cancel the order and refund my funds on Dec 13. Now December 26th and just keep receiving the same email to send a copy of my passport.

Really not a good solution for your gift cards.
The fees are huge and they make you pay 3€ per month if you are not buying directly products.
