I contact customer service and still have not heard anything back. this was meant to be a gift and has not arrived in time even though i ordered two weeks ahead of time. I have received an e gift card from my employer as a Xmas gift/bonus ($1000) and have not been able to activate the card?....
Have tried numerous times to activate this gift card but do not receive the activation code by email?....
So I have contacted them by email to 2 different email addresses and received the automated response saying that I will be contacted within one business day....
No response....

Since this initial review I have joined the gift card store as a member I have received an email stating that I am now a member....
But each attempt (30 + attempts) to activate the e gift card no email from from them?
Increasingly frustrated!.....
Would not recommend this business....
As you can see from the reply from giftcardstore they obviously haven't read the review....
I have RECEIVED by email an e gift card that I cannot activate.
As I do not receive an ACTIVATION code by email?
After 40-50 attempts to do so....
I haven't recieved any correspondence from this business to rectify this issue.
I STRONGLY recommend DO NOT use this company!

On the 20th of December, I purchased $3,813.03 worth of same
Day delivery digital gift cards, which were fully debited from our bank account. Almost a month later, none of the recipients have received their gift cards.
I have sent numerous emails trying to resolve this issue and have received no resolution . I have requested a full refund multiple times, all of which have been ignored. The company has confirmed that the gift cards have not been accessed, which supports that they were never received.
These gift cards were intended as Christmas gifts for clients, and the ongoing delay has been embarrassing and damaging to my business relationships. Being asked to pay additional fees to resend gift cards that were never delivered is completely unreasonable.
This experience has been extremely disappointing due to the lack of communication and accountability. I am now escalating this matter to Consumer Affairs
I would not recommend this service based on this service.

I bought two cards for employees and the money is pending but no gift cards. This is really embarrassing as I told
My employeees to Expect a card and also scary as I have not had to ring my bank and dispute a transaction.
No cards three days later.
I have emailed and tried to call the number.
Unbelievably bad business and they should not be allowed to trade.

I purchased several gift cards on the 8th December and I am still waiting to recieve them. These were gift cards for staff for Christmas and now they will recieve nothing. Several emails and only response has been a request for the reference number which has been provided (twice). I hope to have a response soon - and the cards!

Update: Customer service have now rectified the issue after responding to my initial review and expediting the issue.
I ordered 5 gift cards of $250 each 5 days ago and my recipients still have yet to receive their digital gift cards which were guaranteed to be sent to them via SMS on the same day. Money has been taking out of my bank account. I have tried calling which is just a message to say you can only contact them via email. Sent an email with the invoice attached and contact details. Received a case number and said it would be dealt with in 1 business day, that was 3 days ago.

Bride did not receive the gift card - very embarassing for me.
Tried to call the number on the website which directs you to email. Email sent with no reply.
Will be contacting the bank for a chargeback due to goods not received. At best this is appalling service, at worst it's a scam.

SCAM SCAM SCAM. Absolute scam. Purchased a $500 gift card as a thank you gift for a community volunteer.
Every email was responded to with different instructions, none of which worked or activated the card. So many people donated to get this gift and it was so disappointing to have to tell them it was a scam and they could never access the $.

I recently attempted to purchase gift cards for my staff for christmas, and the transaction failed 3 times online stating that there was insufficient funds. I have now realised the transactions are still pending as they have tried to draw the funds. This is extremely poor business practice and as such has stretched my ability to actually provide gifts for my staff. I have written to the company to remove these pending authorisations before i seek legal recourse. STAY AWAY!

Gift Card Express has yet to provide me any switchit card. Its been over a week. Took the money but No Communication and No Product.
Purchased and was invoiced for an e-gift card on October 3rd and it still has not been delivered via email as at October 16th. I’ve sent multiple email requests for confirmation and no reply has been received (Case number CAS-1434807-K9R1Y8). Absolutely disgraceful and dishonest service.

Purchased a card as a gift for a family member travelling overseas. paid the extra cost for it to be delivered express by courier in order that it arrived with good time. So for a $100 gift card I paid over $130. It took 2 weeks for it to arrive (metropolitan suburb, not rural) and apparently was 'signed for' by someone the day before it actually arrived... despite no-one of that name living there, or in fact being at that address that day. Just such a stressful situation, I'd not risk using them ever again.

Order 2974422. Ordered some plastic business cards two weeks ago under the promise they would give a 1 business day delivery. Until this date, absolutely no updates and their customer service has been unresponsive. I've missed my event deadline thanks to the poor service this company provides. At this point, I'm not even sure if they will deliver anything at all! It could very well be a scam! PLEASE PROVIDE A TRACKING NUMBER OR TRACKING LINK IMMEDIATELY.
