I ordered the 3D lamp from the giftcats website after seeing it on twitter. The lamp came much later than the 8-15 days, I came on here and thought it was a scam. Turns out it ended up being delivered 32 days from placing the order.
There is no customer service, just a robot which makes it really frustrating to be secure in knowing if it is a scam or not.

Besides the long wait, the item came as promised, although I believe they could have done a better job... Every 3D picture I have seen was a nice outline of the picture there was no extra glass around the outline. Mine has one side that was outlined nicely, but the left side was left with a square side (meaning they did not outline it). It does not look horrible, but I feel that whoever did my picture rushed and did not take the time to outline the left side. Overall 3/5 stars, only for the fact that its a cool idea and its executed decently.

Also I don't know what the usb port is for, when I turn on the light it says something "...connect" I don't know what it wants me to connect. I unscrewed the bottom and there is a decent size speaker in the bottom. So I'm guessing it can play music? but I'm not entirely sure.

They wouldn't get one star if I had the option. WARNING DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. I have not received my order I submitted 11/23 and all I get is automated responses saying please do not worry it is on the way that they are busy. The tracking hasn't been updated since 12/2 and today is 12/26. They have 3 different emails and yet still no actual person, it's ALL automated. I'm disputing with PayPal, I'm done with them. They are a joke.

I ORDERED A CUSTOM LAMP FOR CHRISTMAS ON DECEMBER 2ND. IT SAYS IT TAKES 7-14 DAYS ON THEIR WEBSITE. WHEN I TRACK MY PACKAGE THERE HAS BEEN NO ACTIVITY REPORTED SINCE THE 12TH. I HAVE EMAILED TWICE AND HAVE ONLY RECEIVED AUTOMATED RESPONSES NO REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, IT IS A TOTAL SCAM. I AM FURIOUS.

Ordered a CUSTOM 3D PHOTO MOON LAMP 9cm on the morning of 11/2/19. Decided to cancel order later that day (2:55pm). I sent an email to the company listed on the confirmation of order placed (fungifts) canceling.
On 11/7/19 I received an email from sales@giftcats NOT fungifts stating tracking information.
I immediately sent a reply email stating I had canceled and why was I receiving tracking information.
Sales@giftcats email reply was they never received my cancellation email (very suspicious).
Giftcats said they wanted me to receive product and if there was any issues they would resolve.
I received the product and immediately sent an email stating I did not want. The product was too small, and quality was NOT to my standards.
They replied asking for a photo of which I immediately sent.
They received the photo and said they see no quality issues and will not issue a return label or a refund.
Hede this warning ! Stay far away from this company !

I saw some bad reviews from it and honestly I was afraid that it didn’t arrive, but it did arrive on the right time and in perfect conditions. I just love it so much

It’s SUCH a sketchy business. I ended up having to cancel my order because I got charged for the product but had no way of knowing if I was actually going to receive the product. Long story short, absolutely would NOT recommend.

It took a little while to get here (about 2 weeks) but it is PERFECT! It looks just like the picture I sent in and the writing was correct. I hope my boyfriend loves it!

I would give zero stars if i could..I never received my order and when i asked for a refund, they told me to resend a picture and I asked to cancel as my anniversary was 4 months ago. I was told I will only get a 70% refund for cancelling. When i responded asking why I was only getting 70% because the website clearly says full refund for orders not received, they responded by telling me it is my fault for cancelling and told me that I could either send a picture and get my lamp way too late, or get 70% back. I took the 70% and I will NEVER order from them again.

I placed my order January 10, it is now March 12 and I have yet not received my package. I tried tracking my order and it said it was in transit, ALREADY IN MY CITY on the 30th of January but there’s still no package and I tried contacting usps and said the tracking number doesn’t exist. I’ve tried contacting the support emails and none of them seem to help but rather just send me back and forth with no answers. Bad experience, Bad customer service, and don’t recommend!

Bunch of Faruds. They took the amount in full for the order and I never received the order. I paid almost around 6000.
Its been over 5 months now no reply from the support team.

I ordered a 3D illusion lamp and it took a month to be delivered (the website said 7-15 days). And when it came, it wasn’t what i ordered: it was the wrong color and the light doesn’t change colors as it was advertised on the website. I am disappointed ..

I bought a product a month ago and supposed to be Valentine’s Day present. And I still not receive the product and order tracking process is just the same with the first day. Very disappointed

I ordered a gift at the beginning of December and recieved it today February 4th ..... I was just happy to finally receive it until i opened it and it looks like absolute trash . Im not sure if its just the site that i ordered from or just the way the product is made but i have no idea how they sell these ever. I sure hope other people have had a better experience because this was not a very good experience for me . I would like to send this back but im guessing it'll take another 3 months to contact anyone.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! My daughter ordered a Christmas gift on December 4th. We just received it yesterday, January 31, and it is awful!!! She ordered the Moon lamp with a picture and it is NOTHING like what is advertised on the website. The website shows the picture as a artistic line drawing and it takes up the entire space of the front of the lamp. What we received is a cut and past dark, blurry copy of the picture that is 2" by 2" and is dark background square instead of the line drawing of just the subjects in the picture. The picture she sent if very close to the same pose of the one they have on the website. I am demanding a refund.

I ordered a Christmas present on December 6 and I still have not received it yet. When I contact them they sent a link for customer service. Of course the link does not work. Very frustrating. Now I need to deal with the credit card company to try and get my money back.

Arrived very late, but got here. I am releived as I thought is was a scam. Lol... oops. Anyway I am going to carefully follow THE INSTRUCTIONS so that this doesn’t get ruined. I encourage everyone to do the same. And to be patient! It’ll arrive!
