Cashier told me nothing on the Choice gift card so I checked on the website and there was £40
I wouldbt buy this as a gift for anyone

I wanted to use this at Shein but first had to buy a Shein gift card with my choice gift card. could only by 50 dollar card when i had 60 dollar choice card.
this was complete nightmare to use and didn't feel worth it for a couple of cloths

Absolutely worse gift card out there, no expiry date on card, unable to redeem or speak to anyone and cards now withdrawn from sale so that just about says it all. Steal your money and not answerable.

As others have said, card has expired. I didn't even have it that long. Trash company and service. Just give cash.

I've received a Gift Choice voucher and when I've tried to register it I find it's expired. This may have been "re-gifted" but either way, nobodies intention was to give £25 to Giftchoise to pocket themselves. Amazon vouchers, in contrast, are valid for 10 years because (and I hate to say it), in this context Amazon aren't thieving gits, unlike this bunch.

Had multiple codes that i never redeemed. Tried to redeem but couldn't as the codes expired. Emailed multiple times with no reply whatsoever.

Do not use as there is no customer service to resolve your issues. It is literally non-existant !!

Sad to say, Giftchoice are scammers, they do not respond to emails, totally unethical company. My gift expired, through no fault of my own. The system they use isn't fit for purpose. Stay away from this company or lose your money!

Mothers Day gift. Tried to redeem, said the code had expired. No reply to my complaint. Avoid- complete scam

Bought for me as a leaving present from work. Doesn't work and now tell me that they don't do 'choice' cards anymore. Emailed me back stating will probably issue 'another' card. 2 more emails from them giving me details on how to buy more gift cards!!

Scam company do not use.. Had a gift card which my son received and when we tried to use it said it had expired. Contacted them and eventually got a reply that they won’t reactivate it. So technically they have stolen £25 from my son. Absolutely disgusted with this company

I will tell you 100% do not be tricked by this scam card.
The Company will not reply to emails and any money you have on the card will not exist.
How sad and embarrassing for a friend or relative to be given this and it is worth nothing.
Someone on here said try BlackhawkNetwork. I have tried this route to no avail.
People will just need to go into all the Shops that is says accepts ( A COVID Restriction Policy ) has now been mentioned.
I am very cross and disappointed and believe in Karma…

Giftofchoice.ca. Pretending to be associated with Lovlaw Canada. Just some random guys on phones from their homes. Scammers!! Not a real company. Fraudsters. Complete fraudsters. They say they cant get tracking numbers for Canada Post. Canada Post always sends a tracking number. And apparently the terms and conditions say you cant get a refund??? Really. My credit card company will go after their asses.

DO NOT BUY ITS A SCAM! It’s saying that the card I purchased has already been used!

A rip off I'm afraid. Cannot redeem card as they say they have nothing available, due to high demand, regardless of which retailer you select. Emailed them etc...no reply

Absaloute rubbish, got this as an Xmas present last xmas but my brother must of bought it a few month before last Xmas so I went to use it today and it now says expired so that £25 vanished.

Under no circumstances buy a gift card from this company they are fraudsters. They sell you a card but make it impossible to exchange it for your preferred retailer and when you then try and use it again surprise, surprise the gift card has expired and the customer service and acknowledgement of the lack of supply is completely ignored please please avoid

Tried numerous times to use it but kept saying that retailers vouchers had run out. Then it now says it’s expired so don’t bother wasting your money with this card

Shocking company who do not respond to emails…the only reason o have scored 1 is because 0 is not available.
Please do not by these cards you might as well flush your money down the pan!

We were given a Gift Choice card as a wedding present. The first time we tried to use it, it wouldn't work on the website despite the company being advertised prominently in their literature. When we came to buy a second item, we found that it had expired and that they categorically refuse to reactivate gift cards. Appalling service – this is a company designed to steal from people under the guise of legality.

Bought the card for a restaurant, paid for it by Visa. Received a confirmation email it had been sent to the recipient (it was an anniversary gift). A few days later I asked her if she had received it, after checking her spam folder even, she confirmed she had not! I used the online contact form and seven days later still have not received a response. I will have to do a charge back on my Visa card. Also this is very embarrassing as it was a gift! UNACCEPTABLE.
