Tbh I wouldn’t even put one star, I got the iced out hoops which isn’t fully iced out which the picture doesn’t show and the hoop is literally so big! It looks like a hoop made for women. The shine is also nothing. Very disappointed in my purchase and will never buy from them again and I advise the same. Horrible, just complete garbage 🗑 Stay away from the gifted few 👌

SOO where to start. I ordered a dynasty watch and it took weeks to arrive and then it didn't last a day. It broke as i put the watch on and I ask for a refund and they say
''I got you fam, send us an email.''
and 2 days later NO email.
Do Not buy from them they are not trusted and the dynasty band/strap isn't fully iced.They made it look like it was fully iced BUT IT IS NOT!

I purchased the 4.83 cushion cut blue solitaire. I received it very quickly, 2 days after ordering. The stone is what you would imagine for a $500 4.83 C sapphire. It has no depth. Perhaps cushion cuts are cut to look "flat". It looks black under most lighting. Outdoors it looks to have too much purple for my taste. I guess I was hoping to get lucky. I called customer service and asked how their prices were so low before ordering, and was told that it was because they were not a retailer. I now know that it's because they are less sought after stones. Jewelers probably wouldn't use them in a retail store. Unfortunately, my daughter wanted to try it on and ripped the tag off, otherwise I would have sent it back. Customer service was great and delivery was fast.

I just received a pair of large blue topaz earrings from Gifted Jewelry. I was stunned by their beauty. The full, rich color and facets, plus the way they are mounted, shows superior craftmanship. I have a very nice collection of precious and semi-precious jewelry, and I have to say these earrings more than hold their own. Absolutely stunning! I will definitely make Gifted Jewelry one of my top two jewelers. They get at least a ten star review from me! Highly recommend.

I had no problem finding what I was looking for. The picture of the stone was exactly what I received. It made a great Christmas gift for my wife. She was very pleased with it. I would order again here with no problem.

My friends usually keep me in the loop, so to speak. I have been trying for a couple of weeks to get customer service to respond to my email, but with no success. I want to return a portion of my order, i.e., a saphire pendant necklace that I ordered with a pair of saphire pendant earrings for my wife. She loves the earrings but does not like the pendant necklace. Unfortunately, I have not been able to locate a phone number or address to communicate directly with Gifted Jewelry's customer service staff. Maybe you can have them email me directly and explain how i can return and receive credit for the necklace in question? Thus far, I am at a total loss about how to do so. Meanwhile, I would have to give Gifted Jewelry an F- for customer service and quality care follow up.

I ordered a birthstone ring for my daughter but received the wrong ring. It was not the correct item that I ordered and paid for. I have been told that I can return the item but do not trust that I will get the correct item or the money back. This was supposed to have been a gift for my daughter and I am very disappointed.

I Found Exactly what I was Looking for! The Price was Great and Shipped on Time!

The only mistake that was made was my own. I ordered the ring in the wrong size. I returned the ring right away to be exchanged for a larger size. The company representative responded immediately to my e-mail and sent instructions and the needed return form. I feel very comfortable that I will be receiving the ring in the correct size within the next few days. It is a beautiful 14 K diamond and garnet ring which they sold at an unbelievable price. I would definitely order from this company again.

You make the phone call and hope that the person that answers is helpful and knowledgable. OK. You tell her what you are looking for and she says to wait a second while she checks for it. We discssed what size it is and if it would be appropriate for my needs. I decided it was OK and she helped me place my order. It was shipped Fedex and was here in no time. The earrings were beyond my expectations. All went smooth and I would definitely shop there again.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone. It was pressure doing business with them.
