GiftedTouch is a new vendor. I have been pleasantly surprised by the outstanding support from the company. I recommend them highly.

Had an urgent need for the items ordered. I had low expectations for follow-through because of other companies I had dealt with. To my surprise, every aspect of my order is BETTER by far, than I had expected. Delivery is three days early... which is so important to me.

I called the day I received the chair - with issues. I was told I would receive a call back likely that day - it's been a week ago today! I didn't receive a call but I have received an email to fill out this review twice. I guess this is the only customer service this company really cares about. I received the with two 1/2 inch cuts in the bottom part of the seat, the electrical cord had mud caked all over it, I had thought that they didn't send the table paper holder but it ended up coming later in a separate shipment (which nothing stated), the chair came with a small stool (which did not have instructions). Not that it took a genius to put together but it would have been nice to have the instructions. I work in a medical office and have had others ask about the chair but cannot in good conscious recommend this since the company cannot be bothered to call its customers back. Apparently, once they have your money, that's all they care about.

I wasn't sure which spa table to buy, but the people at Gifted Touch were really helpful and I LOVE the new table! It came about a week after I placed the order fully assembled and it works perfectly. It is the nicest table in my spa now.

I have been a practicing Cosmetic Surgeon for 17 years. We have always been unsatisfied with the procedure room chairs that we have had in our office. We just opened a new center in Austin, TX and wanted a better solution for the chairs which we performed minor procedures. I went on line and found Gifted Touch. They are amazing! Customer service: Amazing! Prices: Amazing! Reliability: Amazing! Follow-up: Amazing! The Mediluxe Chairs that we bought are incredible. Better than any other chairs we have used for patient care in 17 years. So, we highly recommend Gifted Touch and their service!

I would definitely recommend ordering from GiftedTouch. Jeff was kind and professional every time we spoke. The wait wasn't long and the beds are amazing. Keep in mind that if you do not pay the extra $ to have the freight company bring them inside your establishment, they just plop them on the sidewalk, lucky for us it wasn't raining when delivered and we were able to unbox them and get them inside without too much ado.

I have made 2 major purchases via Jeff and Gifted Touch. I can honestly say, I have researched, haggled, beg, borrowed and pleaded for the lowest prices out there. (Jeff says I am a "tough negotiator" lol) He was able to get me the best prices available. The first purchase was for 6 electirc tables for a company I previously worked for, the most recent purchase was for 2 tables for my own company. He did not look at whether I had deep pockets or not. He just flat out gave me the absolute rock-bottom prices! I can honestly say that in the future, if I need any equipment for my business, I will be working with Jeff and Gifted Touch! I appreciate you working with me!

Absolute best customer service! I had a great experience ordering through Giftedtouch.com. I am in the process of expanding my spa, and they made it stress-free in helping me find everything I needed for my spa. Plus, they have great prices on quality equipment and massage tables. Great selection, fair prices, great customer service

Gifted Touch helped us find the product that was right for our specific medical needs. Jeff was informative and patient. I would highly recommend this company.

We received (2) brand new derma scan machines and they do not work. I am not sure if it is the bulbs, but I have requested that replacement bulbs for both to be shipped out overnight as we have customer events within the next 2 weeks and we are to use these derma scan machines at these events. Hopefully once we receive the replacement bulbs, the machines will work properly. If that is not the issue, then the machines are defective and I will be returning them for a full refund as I have already paid in full for them.

Jeff did a great job on answering my questions and helping with my order. I would highly recommend this company for future purchases. So far I am happy with my MediLuxe RX4 table and the responsiveness/support from the company. I was concerned ordering this without being able to see it. The table is sturdy although has a little give sensation when getting on it. The stirrups work well and attach to the side rails without an issue. You do need to take the upper side rails off if you want to use the arm supports.
