Avoid, avoid, avoid.

1 star is generous, unfortunately no option for lower.

Order placed the 20th November due for delivery latest 4th December. Emailed their customer care email multiple times due to order status still stating processing and delivery date come and gone with absolutely no response.

Money wasted with no way to receive a refund or update on order as their customer service email is not monitored / ignored.

Allowing people to order products, spend their money and not fulfilling their order or responding on same.

Do not waste your time!!

If I could put zero stars on the review I would . Only part of my order came which I had to pay customs on , unsure why when it’s meant to be an irish product. No customer service , multiple emails and no reply. Very dodgy , would not recommend buying from this seller again . No refund for order that was not received which is over 100e on products that never came.

No confirmation email received when I made my order and money was taken from my account. I emailed twice to ask if order was on the way and no reply. I then received a letter from An Post to advise that customs charges needed to be paid on my order from the UK. I am
based in Ireland and was never advised of any customs payable. Very misleading and no customer service.

Complete sham of a website. Ordered two things. Only one came, and it was hugely late. No notification or apology. What arrived was completely shoddy.

Enquired about getting the ordered product I ordered and received absolutely no response.

Silly of me not to check the reviews in advance, I would've steered clear.

Ordered a personalised leather bracelet- it broke on the first day wearing it, contacted the company 3 times with no response. Terrible products and customer service is non existent! Dont waste your money!!

Fior means Real... and it is. I bought silver bracelet with Eire on the disc for my granddaughter who lives abroad. She was very happy to have and to wear a bit of Ireland jewellery. I like to support small irish businesses. Good website and prompt delivery

On 26/06/25 I ordered four watches and six flasks for my grooms party in advance of my wedding on 24/07/25. Yesterday was the expected delivery date and I have not even received an update email. I have emailed them twice and have been ringing them all day day. Where is my order?

Quite confused. I ordered a product 4 weeks ago . I received a confirmation and have heard nothing since. I’ve emailed countless times and no one has returned my emails. This company is a scam . Do not order from them ,

Ordered on 21st of May and was told I would receive the order by 4th of June. Received no other correspondence with them. I emailed on 3rd of June as tracking stated that it was still processing. No response. I have tried calling the company and no answer either. Obviously a scam site. Do not order from this company.

Really disappointed I emailed less than 24hours after making my order as I had a mistake on the date got zero correspondence from them and received the gift nearly a week later there was more than enough time for the date to be changed!

I ordered two engraved keyrings for a special occasion, it's now two weeks past estimated delivery date. I've emailed twice and received no reply or update. Seems I've been scammed which is especially unfortunate as they were meant to be gifts to commemorate a special day.

Bought this for my godchild as part of his confirmation present - beautifully presented in a wooden box. So many lovely comments on it.

I ordered personalized boxes from the website, the delivery date on the tracker was 14th Feb and they still haven't arrived. I sent an email over a week ago and no response.

Don't bother ordering from this website.

I purchased a personalized wooden cheeseboard as a gift for my family in Ireland. It has still not arrived. GiftFactory has not responded to my queries. Tracking says it's "in process" but that seems unlikely. Seems like a scam site. Do not purchase from here. Note: it did finally arrive and it was nice.

Do not purchase from this website. A supposedly “Irish business” yet I got €11 worth of charges on a key ring worth €23. Their website explicitly says no extra charges to Irish customers - which I am. I sent 2 emails querying this and I got no reply. I wish I had checked trust pilot before I made my purchase. Extremely disappointed as I always try to support Irish businesses.
