STAY CLEAR - wrong item sent and really poor customer service
Really poor customer service. Bought an item early March - they sent me the complete wrong item. I emailed as advised (if there was a problem) from my confirmation email. I included my order number and photos. No response. I used the website “contact us” enquiry box as it said there was a problem with them receiving emails on the website. Still no response 2 months later. Really poor service and now I’m left with the wrong item and a bill for it. Would never use again.
