I had to order twice and missed a birthday gift as a result. Could have been user error but I did the same thing the same way again and the gift card was sent through. I will keep checking my charge to see that I did not get charged twice.

Totally Frustrating Process

I was VERY unhappy that Glen Eagle Restaurant in Carson City, NV, has decided to use your company for me to reward my snow-remover gentleman with a gift card. Compared to their process last year, YOUR process this year was a real PAIN IN THE NECK. I did NOT find it easy to just print the "darn" thing out and walk it over to him. It seemed to me that your website ASSUMED that I wanted to TEXT it, EMAIL it, WHATEVER and given that I couldn't trust that he would be able to do that, I almost resorted to just putting $100 in an envelope and walking it over to him. My husband didn't like that idea, so I spent at least 20 min. going through each of your items, FINALLY realizing that however you worded it, I could just print it out, fold it and walk it over to him. You did NOT make it easy. ALSO, you charged me a fee that there was NO warning ahead of time that I would be paying a fee of $7; and you also charged me $1 for a "gol-darn" (can you guess the translation of that???) envelope that I never received or at least had ANY idea of how to FIND AND/OR PRINT OUT. I just dug through my card file and found one of my own envelopes to use. Having revisited this experience, I probably should have given you 1 star and that would have been a gift.

NO! - It's a bank transfer that takes 4 days!

Gave one of these to my daughter in college for a restaurant. IT IS NOT A GIFT CARD - it's a bank transfer! They require the recipient to provide their information and their bank account (or paypal account) in order to receive the funds. That is total BS phishing garbage. On top of paying a $7 fee for a $100 "gift card", the person i'm giving it to has to provide their bank account information! I would have sent directly via venmo but I thought this would be more personal/giftlike as an electronic gift certificate. No.
And they are very misleading about this. If they said right up front, we're a personal financial payment facilitator - you pay us and we'll convey your money to go to a recipients bank account, that's not really a gift card right? Shady even if the transaction does go through (don't know yet because they said it takes up to 4 days to put the money in her account).

So easy

So easy. I like sending gift cards with this website. It is worth knowing they will arrive easily and without the waste of a physical gift card

Scam

Scam! I received a card as a gift. Tried to use it and it was refused. Contacted giftly via email and they didn't answer. Tried to activate the card online and never got the verification code by phone or email. When you call you get some promotion for medical device and the agent never shuts up. DON'T give this card to someone unless you really don't like them.
