On Monday, I exchanged a gift card and anticipated receiving payment within an hour. When I didn't, I waited 24 hours before contacting them. I was informed that my order had been canceled because my Bitcoin wallet address was incorrect, which I verified to be accurate. I want to praise this company because not many can confirm that the address on my wallet was incorrect and they might have simply paid to the incorrect address. After some online waiting and live assistance, my payment was successfully sent to the new location. They are very sincere.

100% SCAM!!! FROM NIGERIA DO NOT SELL OR BUY ANY GIFT CARDS FROM THEM THEY WILL 0 OUT YOUR BALANCE AND PRETEND LIKE YOU SENT IT TO THEM EMPTY.
I needed the money urgently and I decided to take a chance on selling my gift card to this site for btc…I had a JCPenney gift card for $155 that I was going to get $80 btc in return, after sending in all the info I received confirmation saying the turnaround time frame would be within 24 hours….. after 24 hours has passed I still haven’t received payment and I reached out to their live chat and they took 4 hours to reply… I kept checking my gift card balance and it still had $155 in it so I asked them to check if they’ve received my gift card and they asked for my email address and didn’t respond again for 2 hours… i checked my balance on the gift card again and it’s now $0 and live chat is still not replying… I told them that my gift card balance is now $0 just shortly after I sent them my email for them to check and asked if they are processing it now and to confirm that it will processed because they are obviously the ones that zeroed my gift card balance. I didn’t hear from them for the entire rest of the day and the next morning they reply back saying “ your gift card balance was 0 upon checking please submit a new sell ticket with a gift card that has a balance” I’m. Livid yea it’s $0 because THEY EMPTIED IT… so please don’t even hesitate or wonder if it’s worth trying with them THEY ARE NOT GOING TO PAY YOU

If you think you are on the wrong platform, I urge you to double-check because our offer is transparent on our website and you receive 85% of your gift card's face value. SCAM - DO NOT USE
I have used multiple Crypto gift card sites and never had issues before until now.
I bought a $300 Best Buy gift card on 08/16/2022. As of this day (09/23/2022) it still shows "awaiting processing" still need to hear back.
I have tried calling and emailing multiple times. No answer. Stay away. There are much better sites out there than this one.
EDIT: I see they replied to my message saying that I could be "confused" with Giftcash. No I am not. I have sent several emails to the email address outlined below with no answers. Don't let them fool you.

Easy platform for selling gift card but was sluggish
The ease of selling my gift card was unbelievable. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that it took well over the 48 hours once approved to actually see my funds. Granted, everything is slower since COVID-19, but honestly it shouldnt affect an electronic payment. Overall, can't complain and will def use again to sell and possibly buy gift cards, as well.
