They had soo much requirements I started to think they were giving us a loan!
The person we spoke to wasn’t really helpful and bothered to do any business.
It’s better to purchase directly from the chosen companies website.

Unfortunately this reviewer was unwilling to speak to us about their gift card needs or answer the Know Your Customer questions as required by UK Government AML & CTF regulations. Thousands of our other satisfied business clients have been very happy to answer these simple questions, as it takes just a few moments over the phone. Because this reviewer was unable to meet our basic criteria they never became a client and have not used our services.
Super fast service
Super fast service. Helped me set up the account and within a few hours I was able to order and send out gift cards for our event prizes. Will definitely recommend.

Terrible company
Terrible company. Tried to order some gift cards for a number of clients. Our payment was unable to go through and rather than helping to resolve the issue, they had the audacity to suggest we were a fraudulent company. They made it very difficult to work with them and made a number of accusations about the company. The website is also very difficult to navigate through. I would recommend purchasing gift cards direct from the retailer who provide a more efficient service.

Mr Pankhania has misrepresented some facts. We worked with eporta extensively to help them setup their account and use GiftPay. Unfortunately each time they tried to make a payment to us, their credit card was declined by their bank. A declined credit card is not something we can resolve, only something the cardholder can resolve with their own bank. We never insinuated they were fraudulent. We have reached out to eporta management to try and resolve any issues or misunderstanding that may have occurred, but have not received any response.
