The App & website is a scam they did…

The App & website is a scam they did not send my gift card, it still says pending.
sent a gift to someone earlier today of which they “accepted”; However, the recipient has not received the email regarding the e-gift card … I also have access to the recipients email account of which I can confirm that there has not been an email sent to the email address that has been provided in relation to the delivery of the product. I’ve requested a refund via email being that it’s the only form of contact. I have not received a response & I’m not confident I will receive a response in regards to my refund.
