No real customer service, doesn't reply to questions
I saw this company advertising a "pet pillow" online. My first purchase came out as a cartoonish photo of our black cat. I wanted the cat shaped plush.i asked if the q style was what I was asking for. I pm'd them on Facebook. There was some delay in a reply. I was told the q style was a 2d representation. Upon receiving it it looked almost exactly like the first flat pillow except the features were more in depth. I asked about this and sent in my order information as requested. No reply was sent!
I saw the cat shaped pillow advertised on Instagram and Facebook. I again asked about the product. I finally received a reply with the link to their website. I asked on Instagram pm and again on Facebook for the exact link to the "cat shaped plush". i also asked on their post on Facebook with no reply! In My last email via Facebook pm I sent a photo of what I received and asked how to order the plush, with their website photo. I was then told they only currently carried "throw pillows"! Very dissatisfied with their customer service and lack of answers as well as why they're advertising something they claim they don't carry! Will not order every product hoping to receive what I want!
