I ordered some merch to the US. I had no issues ordering all my items and shipping and delivery was flawless.

Shipping my purchase to a friend, there was a problem with the postal service and my order couldn’t be delivered. The gift shop staff were very helpful in finding an alternative and getting my parcel delivered. Great service!
I waited very long for this purchase (I expected it because they did mention they close over holidays).
The problem was with the packaging!! They want to safe the environment and so don’t use plastic to wrap individual items but then this causes them to arrive in a not so perfect condition!
I order a white hoodie and a lampwool throw…as you can imagine the hoodie arrived covered with wool shedding on it!
The wool throw itself was of an inferior quality and it was very disappointing to find out it was made in India!! You would expect a Scottish tartan to be Scottish and I wouldn’t mind paying a premium for that especially that it is from the University of Edinburgh and meant to be something you would keep for life!

The online experience was very easy and quick. They offer Royal Mail and Shop for tracking.unfortunately, neither app is giving me any updates on when to expect my item. It just says it shipped from facility. It has been 2 weeks.

The items received are in good order (good packaging). Though there is still one item I have not received and I'm looking forward t66475)

Delivered promptly and carefully. I ordered XL physics hoodie and I would advise that it is larger than XL from high street retailers E.g. Next or Marks &Spencer. ( referencing men’s sizes)
I ordered my graduation gifts online and was instructed to collect the order in-store.
Upon collecting my order I checked my bag to notice one of the items I had paid for was missing. I returned to the desk to inform the staff member that it was missing, and the she offered to have a look in the back. She returned to me to say the item I had paid for was out of stock.
No apology or refund was offered despite the fact I had paid for my order in full online. I had to push for a refund for the graduation item the gift shop failed to deliver.
I find this lack of professionalism and integrity from the staff frankly unacceptable, I shouldn't have to ask for a refund for an item I paid for that the gift shop failed to deliver.
The selection was great and I was updated as soon as they could deliver to where I live. She loved the sweatshirts.
Very good sweatshirt!! The zipper was on the left side rather than the right for men's clothing!! Did I receive a women' sweatshirt? I don't think anyone will notice!!
The tracking shows that the package was delivered but did not receive it

It took a while for my order to ship. And it was shipped via regular mail. I ordered from Mexico. Regular mail will take months to deliver...
Availability of shipment via courier services would be greatly appreciated
Very good customer service. Always helpful and with solutions to all problems.
Delivered to Canada quickly and smoothly. Very good experience.
I appreciate the follow-up especially with the mail strike. Your website was easy to use and the actual product was a value. The son attended school on an exchange program more than 30 years ago will enjoy the shirt.
