I asked for a Birthday cake to deliver by 8 PM with a message mentioned on the cake. The cake got delivered after 8:30 PM IST after several followups where as delivery time was by 8 PM IST. The message i mentioned while ordering the cake is not written on the cake. The message wa 'Happy Birthday to ****' Its dissapointing and embarrasing that the message was not written even though i have mentioned in the message section while ordering. The customer service was arguing with me that you ahd to write in comment section. Not sure if that person is trying to cover up his mistakes. Totally dissapointing with the service based on the charges they take.

I have used this website couple times and so far it has been good experience. My recent experience which had special request regarding timing was also fulfilled. And the delivery performed as requested.. so I appreciate them and i would use them again in future.

Would not recommend this business at all. Can honestly say I have never been as disappointed and frustrated as I have been delaing with this company. Events outlined.
- Confirmed they would deliver to the address before I placed the order.
- Get an email taht teh location is far so they cannot do teh arrangement I picked and suggested they can do a different one which was LESS expensive on their website.
- Got on chat to check if I could atleast change it to something else even if I had to pay teh difference. The rep said she needed to check with delivery department. This means staying on chat for hours with no response.
- Got back online again after a few hrs to check. Was informed they would check. Back to waiting....After waiting online with no response for a while I replied to the ticket in email to just deliver teh substitution they had recommended. I finished that and suddenly rep is back telling me that my request for substitution was sent to the delivery department!!!
- I let her kow I had updated teh ticket and now this was confusing. Also let rep know that this was time sensitive since it is for a wedding. My priority was that it get delivered on time. I was assured it would get delivered on time.
- After another few hrs I get an update to the ticket that the order will be delivered.
- Check email few more hrs later and I have an update on teh ticket that it cannot be delivered on May 18 since they need 24hrs!!!
- Posted a -ve review on their facebook page and they deleted it!!!!
Finally cancelled the order because this company simply does not understand how to run a business in my opinion.

I have used Gifttoindia24x7 on two occasions only but on both these occasions they have delivered as promised. If you need to send a gift to India at the last minute, they are the best. I had to send some flowers to reach India the next day and I searched online but was unable to find anyone who could deliver at such a short notice. Then I found their website and chatted online to their customer representative (this is a feature I find most helpful) at 7 pm UK time and got all my queries answered. The customer representative was very helpful and fully assured me of the delivery the next day and that is what happened. I was actually pleasantly surprised at the speed of the delivery. Previously to discovering this company I was sending gifts via some other provider but I think I will stick with GifttoIndia24x7 for all future gifts.

You guys made my day... The Life Size Bouquet delivered at midnight was fab... and the 7 day serenades were delivered perfectly but the delivery time differed everyday, but thats ok. Keep it up guys... but try to maintain the delivery time and lastly awesome customer support....
