Best price and quick delivery.

I ordered a 215/45r/17 tire because of the price of$47.00 when I went to check out it said the total was $56 I was fine with that. It billed my credit card for $80 what a rip off never again will order from gigatire. I am in the automotive business and will tell every person I have contact with what a Rio off gigatire is.

One of the tires I received had a broken belt which caused a bubble on the side of the tire. I noticed this right after installation.

The tire shop Giga referred me to was also less than honest. They were supposed to mount balance and provide new valve stems. They called and told me my order was ready, they sent me on my way only for me to notice the tires were not balanced and did not have new valve stems.

Working with the Giga tire warranty department turned out to be a fiasco as well. In order to process the warranty claim the tire has to be dismounted and documentation provided. This incurs additional cost and vehicle downtime just for the possibility of the claim being accepted. With the amount of money and time required to do this you could purchase a new tire on your own.

I will not be purchasing from Giga tires again. The chances of the order having a defective part is not worth it.

Also for reference this is my first review on trust pilot but I have nearly 500 reviews on Google. This is an honest review.

I purchased 4 tires. I tire was the wrong size. I returned the tire & was sent a confirmation of the correct tire being sent. Then I get an email saying they dont HAVE the correct tire. Their website still says that my tire is in stock & available for purchase. Its been almost a MONTH and I have 3 of the 4 tires I paid for. No refund. No replacement. Now having to contest the charges. Do yourself a favor, stay away. The hassle is NOT worth it.

To begin with the tire price was my main interest. You offered the best deal compared to others. This was an online transaction and your website was user friendly. Lastly your product arrived earlier than expected. Do it made my total experience overall most excellent.

Waited 3 days for my original order; wrong tires were sent. Waited another 11 days for the correct tires to arrive. Waited another 2 days for the installer to put them on my vehicle. In all, I was without my vehicle for about 2 weeks. I won’t buy from Giga tires again. At minimum they could have express shipped the correct tires.
