It was my first time buying a minecraft server and I was worried how would I set I all up but staff was very helpful and the performance is pretty good

The servers worked very well and the customer service was excellent in terms of help and convenience. The only problem would be is that, the emails coming to you about verification and setting up your passwords arrive very slow, giving unnecessary anxiety, other than that it all worked well.

Been using Giganodes for a few years now and honestly, it’s been awesome. For the most part, the TPS is always on the green side. I do notice it drops a little on weekends, usually down to like 16 or 17, but it's still totally playable. The support is the best part though, super fast and actually helpful when you need them!

I bought servers from giganodes to devlop my minecraft server network.. i had great experience and the staff team was also very responsive..

Service works as advertised and the server is quite often online, though it has had problems but everytime i open a support ticket it is closed with me being happy and my problem resolved, usually max upto 3 hours it might take for downtimes or whatever to be fixed but it's a small team too and it's already way above my expectations, must buy if you're considering to buy from india

I've been working in game servers for 4 years and have found GigaNodes to be a reliable provider. Their servers offer good performance with modern processors from AMD and Intel. Additionally, their pricing is competitive.

Owner uses chat gpt to make announcements and I was permanently banned from their discord and service after calling them out this "company" is a joke

Worse company I've ever come across for hosting. Support is so bad and unbearable, avoid at all costs.

I have ordered an Ryzen 7900 16GB VPS in Singapore, apparently is resell from Contabo Ryzen 7900 dedi.

When I first made the payment, the payment isn't registered on their site.

When I first received the VPS, it wasn't assign a IP address, they charge setup fee for this.

When I actually start using it, it has absurd ST and the owner does not know why while admittedly say there's only two VMs on the machine thus does not know the cause nor know how to fix it, have to wait his vendor to assist him.

I tested the VPS and got a very low Geekbench 6 score of 1000, normally Ryzen 7900 VPS peak at 2800 or as low as 2500 if heavily used.

I asked for refund at this point and he literally ignored me.

I wait for days and then almost a week. He claim to resolve the problem, only to give me a VPS that doesn't even run nor able to install OS onto. Again, I wait for many hours.

Finally able to access the VPS and this time, the Geekbench 6 is 2000 which is 800 short from the standard 2800 and even the heavily used 2500. He did not hesitate to say that VPS cannot reach 2800 which I readily debunk him by showing other providers Ryzen 7900 VPS benchmarks.

He then admittedly show Geekbench 6 score of 2000 from the base machine which heavily suggest the machine itself is broken. To verify this, you can go geekbench site to see the collective average score which is 2800.

Again I ask for refund because him contacting Contabo to fix his broken machine will be yet another couple of days which means that I am paying for more than a week without meaningful use of it. He again ignored my refund request.

Stay away from this.

Edit: Now the Giganode has the audacity to claim 48 hours refund when I gave him time to resolve the issue which led to going past his so-called refund period, in which continue ignore me and only to reply here because negative review is a big deal but not big enough of deal to refund me. Again, greed, do stay away from this guy.

Best hosting! no tps drops or mspt works totally fine no lag even on 100 players!

Nice host, I like it. I've been using them since the start of the month and its great! I recommend their performance servers!
